I'm hearing a clicking noise after replacing spark plugs?

Last weekend I changed the spark plugs in my 01 Ford Sport Trac. Since then, I've been hearing a clicking noise coming from behind the left front wheel. There was one plug in particular that caused a lot of trouble when changing it. The threads inside the engine block had been cross threaded, so I bought a tap to repair them. I have a feeling that might be the plug that's causing the noise, but I'm not certain. The noise only really happens while I'm accelerating. It's nothing too serious; the truck is running much smoother. But it's still annoying, and I'd like to take care of it if possible. Any ideas on what it might be?

Should I take my car to the Ford place?

I get these like Ford coupons in the mail that say my car needs a checkup for it's 185000 miles. It says you can get:
THE WORKS™ FUEL SAVER PACKAGE. MUCH MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE.*

Oil Change - Tire Rotation and Pressure Check - Brake Inspection - Multi-Point Inspection - Fluid Top-Off - Battery Test - Filter Check - Belts and Hoses Check
All this for $39.95. BUT, I already know that a few things are wrong with my car (needs a new battery, coils, tires, spark plugs, etc) Will they charge me for that? Like they won't charge me extra or anything because it's torn up? They'll only charge me the $40? I can't afford to get all that stuff fixed right now, which is why I just have to slowly build up to it. My mom said you got to watch them because they'll charge you a whole bunch of money when you go up there.

Car battery keep dying - any idea why?

Battery keeps dying in my 2004 ford card - for the past two daysn even if i keep the lights turned off - and i had to jump start it each time… There's only one time i left the headlights on and battery went down. And it was only for 30 mins. And still doesn't explain how ti could drain so quick. I take my car regularly every day…
only thing i could think of is, i usually keep the gps connected to the 12v port all time even when the car is turned off… Could that be a reason. Or is really time for battery replacement.
is there any place where i could get free battery testing.

96 Ford crown Victoria Idle problems. Sputtering and Dies sometimes?

I own a 96 crown vic 4.6 It seems to run fine going down the road, when i come up to a stop light or let off the accelerator it will start sputering and if i don't put it in nuetral it will die. Even in nuetral it will sometimes load up and start sputtereing and act like it will die but it has never died in nuetral. Ignition system? Coil plugs wires maybe? FUEL filter? Any guesses anyone?

Ford 360 FE has two oil dipsticks?

In my 1972 f100 4x4 I have a 360 ford FE engine. It has two oil dipsticks. Both on the driver's side. One is further to the front and the other one further back on the block. The front one goes by the oil filter and the back one seems to go further down into the oil pan but I'm not sure. I can't find anywhere that explains this? The back stick is slightly longer and the back one is the only one that registers. It could just be bc maybe the front stick is the wrong size that someone put in and is too short? Anyway, I'm just curious as to why it has two dipsticks. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Added (1). Yeah it wouldn't be transmission bc I have a manual transmission.

Ford, Dodge, and GM Trucks?

Can someone please tell what the pros/cons or positives and negatives of owning a ford truck, GM truck, and A Dodge truck (Chrysler)? Can someone list out what the major and minor problems with each of the trucks? Can someone explain the issues with each truck? Can someone tell me their own opinion and maybe a few facts about each truck? Which one of the trucks have major problems which last longer and which drive better? Can someone tell whether each truck has more mechanical or electrical problems? Can someone tell which truck is better for everyday drivers and which are good for work and play? All answers appreciated!
