1999 ford ranger 4x4 shaking?

I have a shaking in my ranger. Feels like a bent rim. Starts out with very little wobble from taking off. Then between 40-50 mph its very bad shaking. I have replaced tires. Rims. Front bearings. Replaced the air lock hubs to Manuel hubs. Replaced rear end gears and bearings. And back hubs. Replaced all the brakes. And it still does it. Before I changed my tires the shake was barely their. And then I changed tires and it was bad. Iv tried different rims and bought brand new tires. Which have been balanced. I'm at a loss. Iv also replaced ball joints and tie rod ends with all moog parts. Also changed rotors.

None of the air mattress online have any reviews so if anyone has found one that fit a ranger or small trucks similar to it, it would be of great help.

Why would people buy a Toyota Hilux when they can buy a better, superior Ford Ranger?

I owned a 2010 Toyota Camry and it broke down in 2011 upon reaching 0.6k miles. I treated it like a baby and it failed and disappointed me.

My friend also owned a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and it failed to start in 2009 upon reaching 8k miles. And the mechanic said it was impossible to fix.

However, my uncle has a 1965 Ford Falcon with over 750k miles on its clock and it still runs like new and he never even changed its oil since he bought it.
