Can a Ford Ranger reach 150 million kilometers?

The distance between the Earth and the Sun is 150 million km. Can Ford Ranger reach that far?

Hi don't talk a load of cows poop. This has a life expectancy of just 200k miles at best. I'm going to say no. Not within your lifetime, it would take about 150 years at a steady 70 mph. At 75 km/hour, it would take only 2 million hours. You do the math for how many years that would be. Without minor repairs never and you live to see it turn 150 million that is never also… If you were to drive an average speed of 100 km/h for 24 hours a day, every day, it would still take 171 years to accumulate 150 million km. That distance used on earth roads is potentially possible with regular servicing and replacements of parts etc as would be with other vehicle. Diesels tend to last longer due to nature of fuel etc
since moon is approx. 255,000 miles from earth and we have regular reports of cars.taxis etc doing over 500,000 miles. Then technically it is possible even if unlikely. Depends on how many times you rebuild the tow vehicle.
