Why would people buy a Toyota Hilux when they can buy a better, superior Ford Ranger?
I owned a 2010 Toyota Camry and it broke down in 2011 upon reaching 0.6k miles. I treated it like a baby and it failed and disappointed me.
My friend also owned a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and it failed to start in 2009 upon reaching 8k miles. And the mechanic said it was impossible to fix.
However, my uncle has a 1965 Ford Falcon with over 750k miles on its clock and it still runs like new and he never even changed its oil since he bought it.
Buy a Nissan
There's no way a one year old vehicle that won't start could be "impossible to fix".
You again huh?
Don't say the Ford Ranger is superior; show proof! I'm still waiting to see your proof after dissing Nissan products compared to your beloved Ranger.
Clearly you are exaggerating here for some reason - maybe you are pro Ford and anti Toyota. I'm not buying your story. 0.6k miles - that is more key presses than 600 which is what it equals.
- Why would people buy older foreign cars instead of brand new American cars? I see it all the time, people driving 7-8 year old Mercedes or BMWs that they paid probably paid around $20,000. They could of easily gone out and bought a brand new Ford or Dodge, but they didn't. They bought a Mercedes with over 100k miles. All worn and torn on the inside. But aslong as they're shining on the outside I guess.
- Why do Republicans get upset when Americans buy superior Japanese vehicles? The only somewhat decent US manufacturer is Ford but nowhere near the quality of Honda, Toyota, Subaru, or Nissan.
- Why do Presidents live so long? Do they get better healthcare than normal people? Jimmy Carter is 94 and still alive, George H.W. Bush died at 94, Gerald Ford died at 93, Ronald Raegan lived to 93. How come they live so long? Most normal people die at like 80-85, sometimes late 70s. So why are they living so long? Obama will probably make it to 100.
- Why can't Ford have the same quality as Toyota does? What are they doing wrong? I have to drive and maintain a Ford for work. Constant wiring, fuel pump relay, gaskets, water pump, and other issues. Many Toyotas are problem free other than maintenance. How does this happen?
