Very bad vibration on my truck?

I have a 2000 ford ranger 4x4 with a 3 inch body lift and 4:11 gear ratio swapped for my big tires… Which are 33x12.50 mud claws. Anyways, at low speeds, it is kind of an annoying vibration around my feet area. When I get over 45mph, it gets scary as hell. The vibration turns to a shaking of the entire truck. Now, it still handles perfect, and I checked the U joints and they were fine. I checked front and rear diff fluid and it was fine. I didn't see any leaks. I checked wheel bearings and they were good. I checked the CV axles for any torn boots or play and they seemed fine. I even jacked it up and spun the tires in drive with it running, and no noise. I'm lost… Maybe it's just the tires? They are very aggressive mud treads. Maybe they aren't balanced or I slung the weights off or something. I don't know. The only thing I noticed is a little more play in the rearend than I would like. I can turn the driveline a quarter turn in both directions in nuetral and wheels on the ground. Any ideas, advise, things to check next, or anything would be appreciated.

Why does smoke come from radiator after raining?

I have a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback with 106,534 miles on it, deal. Well last week it rained pretty hard here in Chicago for a few days. I started the car and drove around for about 15 minutes before I noticed smoke coming from the hood sides and front. I pulled over and didn't turn off the car to see what was going on and I saw smoke coming from the top right (viewed from the driver seat) corner of the radiator. I took it to my mechanic and he looked at it and said it could either be the water evaporating or a super tiny leak in the radiator but that I could still drive it pretty much until the radiator breaks. I had called another well trusted mechanic and he told me not to worry about it as long as I didn't see anything leaking then it was definitely just water evaporating. It is raining right now and smoke is coming out again, is it really just water evaporating? Last weekend (3 days ago) I drove from Chicago to Blue Mound, WI, about 270 miles altogether to get there and back. It was raining during the drive back but I didn't notice any smoke coming out then. I wouldn't say that I personally beat the car up, I've only had it for 3 weeks. I had a 1999 Ford Ranger before I got this and the Ranger had the whole bottom radiator exposed since I didn't have a front bumper on it but it never smoked. I have never owned a car before and I don't know if this only happens to Subarus. It's raining right now and there's smoke coming out again, it rained hard all morning too.

Tried to register a newly bought car and the title is invalid?

I bought a used 1998 Ford Ranger last Monday 3/13/17 from a man who signed everything under his wholesale dealer's license. Took the paperwork to the tag office today to register it and we were told that the title is invalid and the way he signed the paperwork is actually not even legal. His business bought it from Carmax where it had been traded. When ti was traded to Carmax apparently a replacement title had been issued, but the vehicle was traded in with the original which was cancelled when the replacement was ordered. The man we bought it from did a dealer reassignment for the title, which is not valid since he sold it to a private party instead of another dealer.

What do we do? We need to be able to get the truck registered.

Getting the run around on replacing our fuel pump?

We need a new fuel pump installed in our 1999 Ford Ranger, but feel like we're getting the run around from the shop we brought it to. First we were quoted $460 for the job (parts and labor). Next day we get a call that they ordered a disassembled fuel pump by mistake. Since it would take 3 additional hours of labor to assemble the pump, they said it would be cheaper to order an assembled pump for $420 just for the part… Bringing our total cost parts and labor to over $700. We checked O'Reilly's and found the pump there for $230. I understand there's a mark up on parts, but is that kinda steep? Also, the disassembled pump doesn't look very complicated, is 3 hours labor a reasonable quote for putting it together?
A few minor things also made us cringe… When we asked about the cost of an oil change he quoted $40, then we found on the front page of their web-sight they were running a special for $25. Also asked if we could supply the part and labor cost went from $89/hr to $139/hr.

Error 1309 on ford ranger?

P1309 FORD - Misfire Detection Monitor Not enabled
Is the code it provides but I'm not sure if that s something we can fix at home or if it HAS to go to a shop. Also if anyone has an idea of pricing on fixing something like that?

Why doesn't the clutch rod want to come out?

I'm in the process of removing my 2004 ford ranger 2.3 clutch master cylinder. I already disconnected the electrical switch from the clutch pedal position switch, removed the switch, disconnected the pedal to the pushrod. The pushrod doesn't want to come out and O don't see anything holding it in? Any insight?
