My truck keeps shutting off?
I have a 1991 ford F-150 and sometimes when driving the truck will just shut off. It will also happen when I hit a bump. I don't want to have to get rid of the truck as it used to belong to my grandpa.

Why would cd player in a 2002 ford 150 say bad disc when the disk is fine?
So today I was trying to start my truck up, I turned the key and the truck just kept cranking and wouldn't start.
I kept cranking (giving a few taps on the gas) and finally started. I left it running for roughly 3 mins to get ready to head to work. Truck didn't feel rough anything before it stalled after driving about 1-2 miles up the road. I pull to the side of the road, try to crank over again, nothing. I called my parents for help, and my father should up to try and jump it. While I waited for him to come, I tried starting it, it started, but died seconds later. I waited for him, jumped the truck and it worked as I kept jump cables on. I checked the belts and coils and wires. Engine was dry, reason why I say dry is because there was a heavy storm the previous day and lots of water pedals (which I avoided much as possible). My father drove the truck back, he made it about a mile up the road and truck died after taking a turn. He cranked the truck and started and drove it up the road to my house.
Check engine light came on, I don't have a scan tool and can't really afford to buy one or visit a mechanic for help. We do plan on trying to diagnose this alone if possible.
Weather is pretty bad right now here in Michigan, everyday its raining and streets are flooded with water.
Not sure if my exhaust vacuum hose clogged up a lot of water for it to constantly stall. I had this problem before, just had to vacuum it back out.
Its a 5.4L v8 engine, gasoline engine.
I have a ford f-150 year 2000 with a v8 engine and 5.4L
Last time the oil only lasted for about 1300 miles before it ran out.
Ford f150 was running pushed the clutch in and it dropped to the floor. What is it?
I'm planning on buying a used pick up truck from around a 96-2001. I like the dodge ram and dakota, but tons of people have told me that the are unreliable. Should I get a ford 150, chevy 1500 or dodge ram 1500? Please tell me if the dodge ram is reliable and or your experience with dodge ram pick ups.
I have a 1990 ford f150 that is flat baby blue. I wish to make it flat black. Would it be better if I plasti dipped it flat black or if I just used regular flat black auto spray? Which is cheaper? Which lasts longer? Keeping in mind I live in Las Vegas the weather can reach well over 100 degrees. Extreme heat and cold I'm the desert will be a problem?
I know at least several larger trucks that are 2015s are already on sale, but I don't know about the 2015 Ford F150.
The 2015 Ford F150 is a light pickup truck. Is it already released, or not yet?
It's a ford F 150 xl with the 5 litre 302 v8 in it. The problem I'm having is as soon as the engine warms up it starts to sputter and misfire quite bad. And when it's warm and the engines idling in neutral I can like a popping/ knocking sound from one or more of the cylinders. It's also backfiring a lot, thru the tail pipe and air intake. When the motors cold tho no problems. Check engine light stays off too. Any ideas on what it could be?
I have a 1988 Ford F-150. Yesterday the headlights came on once then the next time I went to turn them on they wouldn't work. However, at the time my tail lights wouldn't work. I checked all my fuses and replaced one that went to the tail lights. I can't find anymore blown fuses. Any ideas? If there's a short how can I find it?
