Carburetor identification problems?

I have a ford f 250 that I need to rebuild the carburetor for. It's from an '85 and a single barrel. There was no tag but on the front is the number 6-2228, on the side is a big 4 with 02395 under it. 70605 stamped under it. It was manufactured by carter for motorcraft. There were a few other numbers stamped on smaller parts but I don't know if they are relevant. Is it possible to use these to identify what it is through this or am I skrewed?
