Can you jump a truck with two batteries?

Can you still jump a truck with two batteries with a gas-powered car? I have a 05 ford f-250 super duty diesel that has 2 batteries to start the engine and heat up the glow plugs. The truck was able to start just fine a couple days ago but now it won't even start because of maybe drawing too much amperage or whatever…

so can anyone tell me the step-by-step process of how to jump my truck with a gasoline car if possible?

Can worn steering components cause vibration in my truck?

My truck is a 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL crew cab long bed with a 7.3L powerstroke turbo diesel and an E40D 4 speed automatic currently with 236k miles.

For a while now I've been dealing with a stubborn vibration problem it exhibits between 40-50 mph. At first I thought I needed u-joints and a support bearing for the 2 piece drive shaft. So I had all that replaced because I confirmed that the u-joints were worn due to play when you wiggle the shaft. However, the vibration persisted. Then just recently, I changed the front pads, rotors, and wheel bearings and that made the vibration diminish drastically (since the rotors were warped and the bearings were worn out too), but there's still some residual vibration at the same speed range. I wonder if maybe it has to do with the steering box and one of my tie rods being slightly worn that is still making the truck vibrate. If so, then changing those out will be my next move. I'm just wondering if anyone out there concurs with me or should I be looking elsewhere for my problem?

What is killing my battery?

I have a 1999 Ford F 250 Super Duty 5.4 liter v-8 regular gasTriton engine my battery is brand new my terminals are brand new something keeps killing my battery I have to hotshot it everyday I just ice hot shot it and let it run for 20 minutes half an hour later it was dead again when I went back out there to start it… Something is clicking in my dash what could it be?

What's wrong with my truck? - 2

I have a 1999 Ford F 250 Super Duty v8 5.4 liter Triton.I'm having electrical issues some clicking in my dash my dash lights are on and off at times the check engine light has been on then goes off at certain times. The air bag light has been on and goes back off random times. When my truck is off my Air stays on unless i turn it to off position… Its been draining my battery what could be the problem. I just had my alternator checked its good my starter is good my battery has just been replaced and it's still happening. Someone please tell me what this might be…

1997 ford f250 engine and tranny swap?

I've been thinking about getting a mud truck. A good friend of mine suggested that I buy a Ford f250 power stroke and swap the engine for a cummins and the transmission for an allison. I found a 1997 f250 with a 7.3L power stroke and I found a conversion kit to do the engine swap, however I'm having a hard time trying to find a conversion kit for the tranny. Could someone please tell me where I could find one? Also if you know of a good idea for a mud truck I'm all ears!

Added (1). The heater core gets hot as the motor gets hot, the direction flap by the heater core works, but next to the heat core by the directional flap it's blowing in outside temp air, and the heater core is n't getting much air flow, only a little. I heard there's a flap that changes to blow to the heather core or away from it, but I don't know where it's located.
