Why Won't my Truck Start?

I have a 1991 Ford Bronco 302 5.0 L with an automatic transmission. And it will not start. I just replaced the starter and the ignition lock cylinder. When I turn the key, the caution lights and everything turns on so my battery works and I hear my fuel pump engaging. I tried pulling the codes but nothing. Can anyone tell me why it won't start?

460 ford starting issues?

This truck sat for some time. The pistons stuck, but they freed up without any trouble. I go to turn the key and I hear a click. When I let off, I hear a clunk. What could this be? The solenoid? I'm using a battery from a 300 ford. This should at least be enough to turn it a little I think.

The battery wires are new and the terminals are clean, I think the solenoid is too, but maybe from sitting it went bad? I had the ground cable of the battery bolted to the head with the valve cover off, and to the radiator support. No luck with either. I have not tried to directly jump the starter yet.

The lights do work, I know this probably doesn't mean a thing.

This is an old carbed 460 in a 1978 bronco. I've been told it's not the factory engine.

Which cars are the best for me based on what I'm looking for?

I'm getting my permit next week, if I pass the test that is, and I know its a little bit away but I'm already looking for cars. I know I sound spoiled, which maybe I'm, but my brother needs to take the car our parents bought for us to use to college because he's an actor and will need to drive to auditions. I'm very busy and would need a car of my own since both my parents use there's during the day. I love cars that are convertible, and I love the older trucks/jeeps. I live in a smallish town, and not a city. I would like it to have a decent gas millage as well. So far I love Ford Bronco's, but they are "impractical" as my mom calls them and don't have the best millage. I also would live to get a used one, hopefully around 5000-5500$. Does anyone have any ideas? I would mostly use it around town however I might need to drive it long distances every once in a while.

Why does my 1994 Ford Bronco start intermittently?

Sometimes when I start my 1994 Ford Bronco, I hear the fuel pump run for about five seconds and stop. The truck starts right up. Other times when I go to start it the fuel pump never shuts off and runs continuously, and the truck will not start, Weather doesn't seem to affect it. Any Ideas?
