What do these symptoms indicate?

1998 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder with a rough idle/misfire

There's no check engine light.

Its got new sparkplugs, ignition coils, new fuel filter.

When you start it up, it runs really rough like it's about to stall out but then after a few seconds it "evens out" but doesn't fully stop running rough.

I hooked up my fuel pressure tester to the Schrader valve and noticed that the fuel pressure is low. My manual says it should be at about 40 psi (35-45 is normal according to chilton manual)

However I'm only getting about 28-30 psi when it's running, and about 25 psi if you just prime it but don't start it up.

I then hooked up my fuel pressure tester directly to the fuel filter which is under the truck coming from the fuel tank, and primed it a few times to test pressure, and I only got 27 psi max,

BUT it drains out quickly, within 4 minutes it had gone down to 15 psi.

Could this be a sign of a bad fuel pump? Or something else?

Oh, lastly, with the truck running, if you disconnect the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pressure doesn't increase, it stays at 30psi.

How to get my transmission to stop leaking fluid?

I have a 94 ford ranger and i took the transmission pan off to replace the filter, but i bought a new gasket for the pan and silicone to stop it from leaking but it didn't work, now it leaks so bad it leaves a trail of fluid in the road when i move it. It pours out as soon as it reaches the top of the pan. Do they make anything that i can put around the transmission pan to stop it from leaking so i don't have to take thr pan off again? I have took the pan off twice and still no luck. I just need somthing to go around it so it won't leak, i don't care if its permenant or not i just need to fix the leak.

1992 Ford Ranger transmission fluid change problem? Manual

I know where the fill and drain thing is under the truck and also that you can go inside the truck and unscrew the screws on the shift thing. Problem is I can't get enough torc to get the fill bolt off and I don't have money to take it to stop and no body I know has one of those air things so don't say use that cause I would it I could. As for the inside of it I can't get the screws off because they are stripped and don't say use a drill and unstrip then cause I don't have all the right tools for that and don't expect anyone to help me. Their is these two holes about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide when you look in the engine towards the transmission position, i was wondering if I could just put fluid into that or is that not the transmission? Literally if you look way back and its kinda towards the ground that s where the two holes are. Please help me with this I have had this problem for three days with no help.

Should I lift my Ford Ranger?

Been thinking about lifting my Ranger 2inchs and stepping up to 31x10.50r15 from my 29x9.50r15. But I don't know if it is worth it. I'm out of highschool and work part time. My Ranger is my daily driver and I like to take it off road every weekend.
Any input y all could give would be much appreciated.

How many miles will my truck last me?

1998 Ford ranger xlt 3.0 v6 she's running strong flushed radiator but when it's in park sometimes it shakes. Could that be a muffler? Not really an issue. Just wondering how many miles I can get out of her before I need to start worrying. It's at 159k.
