Fun to drive commuter cars for college?

I'm a 19 year old guy. I've been driving an 01 corrolla for the last 3 years and would like a change.

I do not want to spend a lot of money on a car, but I want something that looks nice inside and will be something I look forward to driving in the morning.

I've looked at the following:

Scion FR-S (the car I want most. Great looking, a little kick, great mpg but the insurance is high and 18,000 is a lot for a car I'm just gonna out miles on)

Honda Civic Si: I love the interior, looks very sporty INSIDE. I hate how civics look on the outside though. Ugh. Great in mpg and good on insurance.

Mazda 3: looks like a chick car, but look reliable and are good on gas and mpg. But pretty boring otherwise. Feel like it's something my girlfriend would drive

350z: questionable reliability but no doubt I would have fun in it. Eh mpg and high insurance.

Ford Mustang: questionable reliability, boring build but quick and decent on gas and to insure

Lexus is250: can only get one with higher miles, smooth ride, great interior, eh mpg and good insurance

Then I've thought about going the cheaper route like:

S10 pickup
Nissan 300zx
Older Mustang Cobra
Older Civic Si
Mazda Rx-8

I ride dirt bikes, so a pick up would come in handy if I want to go to the track and take my bike. But its a tough call.

Fun to drive (not necessarily fast just fun) reliable, and something that isn't going to cost more than my tuition when I'm all said and done haha

What does I tune up consist of for a 2005 Ford Mustang GT?

I own a 2005 Ford Mustang GT and I never got any service records from the car lot it was bought from or any service records from previous owners so now I'm looking at possibly having to do a tune up on my car and I need to know what a tune up for my car consists of. I want to know what is changed and done in a tune up. I already changed the oil in it and all that's left is the tune up. Serious answers only please. Provide links if possible.

Will I have to pay to fix my Mustang, or can I get ford to make repairs for free?

I'm now starting to believe the acronyms out there about F.O.R.D (found on road dead) I'm highly upset. I bought a used 2013 Mustang V6 (38k Miles) at Grand Prairie Ford in Texas in March 8th of this year and 2 days ago I parked my car when I came from work and noticed pinkish/water like fluid leaking from the front bottom. I'm 99.9% sure it was Coolant (A) Because I tried driving it after words and the vehicle started to overheat, and (B) After test driving it I re-topped my reservoir with coolant and the overheating stopped. This is really making me mad because I've only had the vehicle for a bit over 4 months and it already started to give me trouble… I know some dealers give you a few months in which you aren't responsible for repairs on used vehicles anyone has a clue if Ford does?

Also, I would like to know what some of you think may be wrong with my car. The leak was in large amounts it basically drained entirely in the 10 minutes I was parked in my vehicle. I would think it the Water pump. The weird thing is after refilling my reservoir with coolant, I drove it back and left it parked for 2 days and it showed no signs of leaking again and my reservoir is still at normal levels. WHAT AM I DEALING WITH!

What is Automatic 6 Speed Transmission?

I was at the dealership today and i wanted to buy a ford mustang a 2008 and a 2010 they both said autonomic 6 speed but didn't have P, D, R N they had numbers on the like a manual and three pedals.

Another mustang also said automatic 6 speed but it has 2 pedals and P D R N S? Like what's with that i don't know how to drive a manual car. It says automatic why doesn't it look like an automatic?

But why did those 2 have 3 pedals and stuff and the other one looks like a normal automatic? I don't get it.

So if i bought the ones with the 3 pedals and the numbers on the clutch would i have to drive it manually? Or is manual an option or something?

Sportiest looking car under 15k?

Strictly based on appearance, what is the sportiest looking car that costs 15k or less. It has to have at least 4 seats (No Corvettes or Miatas etc.), and has to be 2001 or newer. I've been researching for a while and the sportiest looking one I can find is a 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse or a 2008 Ford Mustang GT.

Want to trade in my mustang for corolla but still paying it off?

I own a 2006 ford mustang and i still owe around $8,000 in financing it. I wanted to trade it in for a newer (maybe 2009) toyota corolla for around $9,000. Would this be stupid to do, considering i still owe money on my mustang? Or after the trade in value will the remaining balance just bounce over to my corollas balance?

How to fix memory on pioneer deh-x16ub?

I just installed my new pioneer radio. Everything works fine but it doesn't remember anything. Every time I shut off the car then turn it back on it is like I just installed it. The time will need reset and it doesn't remember any audio changes I have made such as bass. I have a 1998 ford mustang convertible. If anyone can help me figure out why this is happening that would be great.

Should I sell my car to get a different one?

I own a 1985 Pontiac Fiero SE. (not my daily driver) It has 123, xxx miles and the engine and clutch are going out. The body is in good shape and needs minor work. I have an engine lined up to be put in ( haven't purchased it yet) it is a 3800 S/C from a Pontiac GTP. I bought the car for $400 and the engine, harness, and k-frame for the new engine would be $600. I want to know if I should go ahead and buy the engine and start the swap or buy a different car and work on that instead. The different car would be a 1984 Ford Mustang SVO Turbo. The car has 121, xxx miles. It has been slightly modified and has ~400hp, The car is being sold for $2,500 and is in excellent condition. Both cars are a 5-spd. Is buying the mustang a good choice or should I stick with the mid-engine fiero?
