Should I get a Ford Escape or no?

I was thinking about buying one of the newer models of Ford Escape because they drive well and come well equipped but I showed my mom the car and she was like wow thats ugly. Should I buy it anyway even if it is an ugly car?

What's a good used suv? Tell me your good/bad experiences and opinions?

I'm looking at replacing my Audi a4 with a small-mid size suv. Must have 4wd/awd.

Ford escape good first suv for guy?

I'm a 16 year old guy who is getting a suv in a few months. I wanted to know, is the ford escape a good car? Is it a chick car? Do they go good? (Getting the v6 if I get one). And one last thing, do they have a sunroof? I would get a car but I need an suv for baseball, and for the area we live in (Lots of dirt/mud roads that are terrible in winter and spring), thanks!

Car smells like gasoline?

I'm not sure what's wrong with my car. It is a 2002 Ford Escape. I've had a few people tell me that my car smells like gasoline really bad but I can never smelt it myself and I usually smell things right off the bat. It only happens when I use my heat I guess I'm not really for sure. Does any body know what this could be?!

2006 Ford escape window replacement?

I'm currently working on fixing up I bought at an auction, it's a 2006 ford escape. It's rear window is busted and I was wondering how technical i have to get to replace it. I have never done it before and would prefer to accomplish it myself. Also, typically how expensive are rear windows

Is this the engine or the transmission?

About a week ago I had the oil changed on my 2014 Ford escape at the dealership. Everything seemed fine at first.

The car seemed loud for about 3-5 days but I didn't think anything of it because it was driving great Sunday the 10th I drove from my home to about 5 miles away. It was fine but loud on the way home things started to go very poorly losing power odd shifting and just general odd behavior I was very low on gas so I pulled over into the gas station and gassed up I made it about 10 feet and it died. You can see I pushed the vehicle from the spot it was stuck in back and there was oil everywhere all over the ground. There was also a burning smell.

I had to get a friend come help me and we pushed the vehicle into the spot.

The car only has 28k miles on it. When I first had the car in for its very first oil change at the dealership, they forgot to tighten the oil filter, and all the oil leaked out causing the engine to seize. It seems like the exact same thing has happened again, but the dealership is claiming this is a transmission problem, and completely unrelated to the fact that I had an oil change last week. Its under warranty, so they are fixing it. But I feel like they are being dishonest. Can anyone give me an opinion on what this might be? Is this the engine or the transmission - 1
