Hi what is the tyre pressure for my FORD 2007 Escape model my tyre size is 215/70/R16? - 1
My god, why are you asking people that will more than likely have to look it up on the internet for you. Are you not sure that you are capable? Why don't you just go look on your tire and find out for yourself? That way you will know for sure and not have to wonder if someone told you the correct answer. If your a woman and have no one to ask, then I apologize. I forget some people never had anyone to show them things like that. It's on the side of your tire. Probably in tiny print, but it's there. The tires last much longer if you check them every month or so and have the correct pressure in them, or at least with in a couple of pounds.
It is never on the side of the tire. That is the maximum pressure under severe conditions with heat. Your pressures are inside the drivers door jamb and likely around 35 PSI.
The correct tire pressure will be listed on the door jamb label and sometimes on the inside of the fuel filler door.
The recommended tire PSI for your Ford and be found on the information sticker posted on the door frame of your Escape.
- Will it matter if i use 215/75r15 on my ford ranger? The sticker in the door calls for 265/75r15 and all the specs I can find says 215/7515 is the tire to use is the 215 alright to use?
- Aren't you amazed by the capabilities and the size of today's full-size pickup trucks? I drive a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 with a 4.0 liter V6 (~245 ci.) engine. I was looking up the specs for early-mid 1960s F100s (considered full-size), and they have nearly the same GVWR, towing capacity, payload, horsepower, wheelbase, and height as my "compact" truck. In your opinion, do you think today's full-size trucks are amazing or too fancy/over-sized (a traditionalist like me)? P.S.: I like all American vehicles
- Tyre pressure light is on but tyres are fine? So, my Ford Fiesta ST-Line 2016 has its tyre pressure light on and comes up with "Check Tyre Pressure" on the screen. I have checked all 4 tyres and they are fine. The car has been rarely used within the last 4 months due to injury but I'm concerned that there's something wrong. Can anyone help?
- Is 215,000 miles too much? Opinions on the Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition are appreciated as well? I'm looking at buying a 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition and it's in good shape. I haven't test drove it yet. The only down side is the mileage. If it runs good is it ok to buy? And does anyone know anything about the car?
