Aren't you amazed by the capabilities and the size of today's full-size pickup trucks?
I drive a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 with a 4.0 liter V6 (~245 ci.) engine. I was looking up the specs for early-mid 1960s F100s (considered full-size), and they have nearly the same GVWR, towing capacity, payload, horsepower, wheelbase, and height as my "compact" truck. In your opinion, do you think today's full-size trucks are amazing or too fancy/over-sized (a traditionalist like me)?
P.S.: I like all American vehicles
Went to dealer to look.new full size chevy 55,000 dollars… I bought a 2005 Colorado,4x4 auto tranny power everything…11,000 dollars
Naw, I'm amazed to see high quality photos of the surface of Pluto. About a common Four year old truck, not so much.
- Will you remember in 50 years where you were today for the Kavanaugh vs Ford hearings? The news media keeps calling this one of those "where were you" moments like Nixon Resigning or 9/11
- Why are there more 70s and 80s chevy trucks than fords around today? I'm not trying to say ones better just a question did chevy make more than ford or something? I see alot of old chevys driving around my area and some fords but i never see dodges at all maybe one or two every once in a wile
- What are today the biggest american trucks? For "the biggest" I mean biggest in the external dimensions, although I would like to know which are the largest for cargo capacity, and engines displacement/hp. yeah, pick up trucks, like Chevy Silverado, Dodge Ram, Ford F series
- What is a better truck mid and full size used trucks? I'm not sure of what truck to get. I won't be towing much but nice to have a bed for firewood, moving furniture etc and I like trucks. Out of these full and midsize what is a good truck to get used and reliable good on gas for a truck etc. Between the years of 2005-2009 and 2011 or newer Chevy Colorado old and new Ford f 150 Toyota Tundra old style Toyota Tacoma
