What are today the biggest american trucks?
For "the biggest" I mean biggest in the external dimensions, although I would like to know which are the largest for cargo capacity, and engines displacement/hp.
Added (1). yeah, pick up trucks, like Chevy Silverado, Dodge Ram, Ford F series
If you are talking about pick up trucks, I think it is the F350 or Silverado 3500 series
Ram 3500. It is HUGE and has a GREAT engine.
- Why are there more 70s and 80s chevy trucks than fords around today? I'm not trying to say ones better just a question did chevy make more than ford or something? I see alot of old chevys driving around my area and some fords but i never see dodges at all maybe one or two every once in a wile
- What's the biggest engine I can fit into a 2004 Ford Ranger Edge 2D that currently has a 3.0 V6? I d like to turn my Ford Ranger into a drag truck worthy of the strip, what kind of engine can I put into her to make her wheelie Everytime I slam the gas?
- Aren't you amazed by the capabilities and the size of today's full-size pickup trucks? I drive a 2011 Ford Ranger XLT 4x2 with a 4.0 liter V6 (~245 ci.) engine. I was looking up the specs for early-mid 1960s F100s (considered full-size), and they have nearly the same GVWR, towing capacity, payload, horsepower, wheelbase, and height as my "compact" truck. In your opinion, do you think today's full-size trucks are amazing or too fancy/over-sized (a traditionalist like me)? P.S.: I like all American vehicles
- Any new interesting news about Gm, Ford or mopar performance vehicles coming out in 2018,2019? Trucks, cars, trucks, SUVs, Hatchbacks? Mopars has brought out extreme amounts of muscle cars, trucks, SUVs, full size and mid size sedans. Other than cadillac is there any other American an brands coming to compete? Or is mopar going to compete with the raptor/Shelby for trucks or for small/hatchback against Ford and there focus st/r's?
