Make sure all the doors are closed… Including the hood and the trunk.
If they are all closed then there's a faulty switch somewhere (doors, hood, truck).
Adjust or replace the switch.
Close your door
Make sure you close all door or maybe needs replace.
Pretty common. The switch is located at the bottom of the door latch. Dirt gets in there and binds the switch. Some people have had luck by spraying WD-40 into the latch and then opening and closing the door about 40-times to dissolve the crud at the bottom.
