Do you think a Ford Ranger would be good for me? (first vehicle)?

I'm 17 and have 3000 saved up to buy a vehicle. I was looking at a 4.0L V6 Ford Ranger.

Do you think that engine can support a dirt bike or a quad (not at the same time) in the bed or is that pushing it.

Should I go with a F-150?

I only want a truck so I can put my dirt bike/quad in the back and got o my friends house and ride.

2000 Ford Ranger v6 4.0 ltr, my tuck started to cut out and die?

I flushed the cooling system and then filled it with water and cleaner, then ran it for about 10 minutes then let it cool, then I drained it and filled it with new coolant; I ran it to get it warm an then it started to die, almost like its not getting enough air or gas. I have no clue what happened or what could happen it seems pretty idiot proof to screw up I don't know what to do.

What is a good, cheap, RELIABLE used truck for hauling a trailer? (Mowing)?

It would be for my mowing and yard work business. It will also be my first vehicle as I turn 16 in a few months. I can afford around $6200 or less. I would prefer that it would last for several years, which is the Most IMPORTANT aspect.

Ford Rangers are very cheap, but would they hold up for very long carrying around a trailer with a zero turn mower, push mower, and trimmer?
