Where can I buy a car battery online?

This is for my father, he wants to get a car battery for his 2009 Ford fusion V8 and is hoping he can buy one online cheap (under $100). We live in NS, Canada so it needs to be Canadian sites only.

Should I buy a 2013 Ford Fusion? How reliable are they?

I currently own a 2001 Honda Civic LX (130,000 miles) I got offered $2,200 for the car. My cousin is selling her 2013 Ford Fusions SE for $7,500. The fusion has 47,000 miles, but it is salvaged. The original owner got hit on the back left door. I'm afraid of buying a salvage car, and the reviews for the fusion are not the best. The reliability of the fusion is 2/5. Depending on what website you do your research on, people will say they are good cars while others say they are horrible and to stay away.

Did you have to buy your first car?

I'm kinda pissed. I don't want to sound bratty but I'm almost 18 and I need a car when I go off to college. My dad used to promise us that he would buy us s car when we finished hs. My dad helped my brother buy a car when he was 18 so I thought The same goes for me and my little brother since we're his sons too but I guess not.
My 18th birthday is next week and I told him I had wanted a car and specifically A ford fusion 2012 i've seen for around 7500 bucks. He told me that I had to work for my own car and he can't help me with the payment or insurance which are high.

I don't know how to feel. I honestly understand that yeah its my car that I need and I should pay for it but I feel cheated. I was really looking forward to him helping me get a car. Ever since I was 13 I was told that he was going to get us all cars for college. My brother did not even go to college after his senior year and my dad still helped with his payments but He doesn't want to help me.
And I'm not lazy and I have a 3.8 gpa all honors and joined several extracurriculars, leader of a scholar club and scored of an act score 26. Which is above average.
I do plan on getting a job next month but I was going to quit around August right before I go off to college. I do not want to try and find work during my 1st year of college. This really made me angry more then anything and if I have to get a car all on my own then honestly I have nothing to say to my parents in life.

Engine Coolant Expansion overflowing?

My car is 2003 Ford Fusion with 59k miles on it, I have had it a year and so far had no issues what so ever with it.

Today it went in for its MOT, and I got a call from the garage to say they had aborted the MOT because while it was having the emissions test done it started randomly spitting out loads of smoke from the car and exhaust so they had to stop the test.

They said without doing a full diagnostic they have no idea but suspect piston rings or head gasket problem.

Issue is that this seems either very unfortunate and coincidental or something went wrong at the garage.

Drove it home from garage slowly car drove fine and no apparent smoke, left it to run for another 5 mins and still nothing. (worth noting that there's a burnt smell as soon as you get in the car now)

opened bonnet to look at oil and coolant and found that the coolant bottle was half what it was just a couple of days ago. There was also pink coolant lying on the top of the bottle and around the engine bay so it had clearly overflown at some point during mot.

Any suggestions on what could cause such a sudden overflow of coolant? Wondering if during the mot the engineer has either forgotten to put the lid back on or has put it on cross threaded which would have allowed it to overflow. Or it could be an issue with the car but what?

Will take it to another garage for them to look over it but feel I need to give them something to go off otherwise they could be looking in the wrong place for issues

Hyundai Elantra, Ford Fusion or Nissan Altima?

I love my 2010 Hyundai Elantra but I'm shopping for a new car and I still feel there's a stigma attached to Hyundais, so I'm leaning towards an Altima. My Hyundai gave me NO problems, but I don't know about Nissan. I had a Ford SUV so I'm okay with Fords and I like the look of the Fusion, but I feel the Altima is more of an upscale car. I don't like the look of the Hyundai Sonata compared to the Elantra, by the way, which is why I'm comparing the compact Elantra to the other two midsize ones.
