Is the Hyundai Veloster Reliable?

"The 2017 Hyundai Veloster has a below-average predicted reliability score of 2.5 out of five. Both the Mazda3 and Ford Focus also receive a 2.5 score. The Hyundai Elantra, another class rival, has a near-perfect score of 4.5, which means it's expected to be more reliable than most other vehicles."
What do they mean by reliable?

2009 Honda CRV vs 2012 Ford Focus?

So i'm deciding between 2 cars, a Honda CRV with 200k miles and a Ford Focus with 100k miles. I like the Honda because it is bigger, and more my style, and I like the way it rides better. My dad is a fan of the Ford, mostly because it has less miles. I need the pros and cons of both cars. Do you think the 200k miles would really be that big of a problem?

How to move out of my parents house?

I'm 19 and want to move out of my parents house but it's complicated. I've been having mixed feelings about moving out with my fiancé because every time I bring up moving out my parents get really upset. My dad told me if I move out he's going to take away my insurance that he pays for and I'm going to have to pay for it all in my own so that kind of scares me because as of now he pays for my car insurance on my 2015 Ford Focus and I pay 200 a month for my car. They also don't agree with my me moving out with my fiancé because they told me it's wrong to move in together before marriage. I want to move out because I have a lot of issues with my parents regarding them being too controlling of my life and I want to move out to prove them wrong that I can make it on my own but I'm not sure if I'll have enough because I don't want to move out then end up broke and having nowhere to go. I work as a full time daycare teacher and my fiancé is in the army reserves and is planning on becoming a cop soon. Any advice on if I should just stay living my parents until I'm older or should I move out.

AC blower blew out at 47k miles?

My 2013 Ford Focus SE with 47,000 miles on it just had it's AC blow out and stop working. Is this a bad sign for the car and it's future? Any other ford owners have this problem?

1991 Camaro RS engine build ideas?

I have a 1991 Camaro RS that has a non stock motor, a 400ci small block 6.6L, as far as I know, its mostly stock and is only pushing 260hp and 410lbs of torque. Those are verified dyno crank numbers. Now I want to build this engine up, my ultimate goal is 500hp/500tq to the rear wheels, now I know my tranny will have to be upgraded and also need a stronger rear end but this post is purely regarding the engine itself.
Now my main question is, should I build up this 400sbc or switch to a 5.7L ls1 or a 454 Big Block. I'm on a budget as i'm 18 years old and also have another car that I pay $350 a month for (2017 Ford Focus ST) so I'm curious as to what can get me to 500/500 cheap but reliable in the short term.

Added (1). engine was fully rebuilt 2 years ago and has around 8000 miles on it since the rebuild.
