2009 Honda CRV vs 2012 Ford Focus?

So i'm deciding between 2 cars, a Honda CRV with 200k miles and a Ford Focus with 100k miles. I like the Honda because it is bigger, and more my style, and I like the way it rides better. My dad is a fan of the Ford, mostly because it has less miles. I need the pros and cons of both cars. Do you think the 200k miles would really be that big of a problem?

Do you NEED the more room, as more room = less gas mileage… Or will it fill-up with junk?

Your dad is right. The Focus is a good car and the lack of age and miles makes it a no brainer in this case. If the age and mileage were similar the Honda would have been my choice.

Yes, 200k miles on a CRV IS a big problem. Go with the Ford.

  • Would I be able to trade in my 2009 Honda Civic for this 1998 Mustang Cobra? http://www.maximumautosearch.com/1998-Ford-Mustang-SVT-Cobra-Englewood-Colorado-80113/5205315 My dream car has been a Mustang Cobra, I bought the civic because I thought I was going to college but I was denied. Well now I have a really good job and I can afford to have this Cobra. Would I be able to trade it in even though I still owe money on the Civic?

And what is more reliable and cheaper to maintain?
