How to fix window from 2006 Ford F150 that isn't power window but rather manual?

My window seems to roll down perfectly but when I try to roll it back up it makes popping noises and is very difficult to roll back up and I have to use my hand to push it up. My Windows are not electrical but they have have the old style manual roll. It's the passengers seat. If anyone knows how to, I'd be happy to know!

What should I do with 07 F150 with Blown Motor?

I have a 5.4L 2007 Ford F-150 Extended cab that has shot something out through the Oil pan which I'm guessing could be a Piston since I have never seen what was shot out. I don't know where to start looking to have someone look at it. The second I tell a mechanic that something shot out of Oil pan, they tell me to just buy a new Engine or get rid of it. After paying $30,000 cash for it brand new, it's hard to just forget about it after only 8 years, 100,000 miles, and 0 Accidents.

So I would like to know 2 things, How much would I be realistically looking at to have a used engine installed to get it back running Including cost of a engine? And If I was to sell it to buy a used car, How much would it be worth with a blown engine in Excellent condition? (One and only problem is engine, no other problems)

Ford Triton 4.6/5.4 2v v8 differences?

So I was wondering if there are any differences other than size and power between the Triton 4.6 2v and 5.4 2v I'm thinking about swapping a 5.4 in my f150 its a remanufactured 5.4 long block and I'm wondering if I can transfer any of my stuff off my 4.6 to the 5.4 such as exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, valve covers, pulleys, water/oil pumps, fuel rails, other stuff? Doing as much research as possible.

Which truck should I purchase?

I'm in dire need of a truck for work. My only problem is that I can't decide what size or model I need/like. I will absolutely need an extended or crew cab on a quarter ton, but don't know if I should look at regular cabs on the halves due to price equalization. I'd really like four doors, because I think I'll be having children in the next few years. All trucks will be two-wheel drive and WT-(ex 1LT trims).
