2001 F-150 5.4l Lack of Power?

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Lariat 4x4 with the 5.4l Triton engine. I purchased it at the beginning of August, coming pre-installed with a 6" suspension lift kit on 35" tires with everything else being stock. From the first time I drove it, I could tell that the truck had very little power. I have since replaced my fuel filter, oil filter and oil (full synthetic), cleaned and treated the K&N Hi-Flo air filter, replaced all 8 spark plugs and coil packs, and flushed the transmission and installed a new filter. After doing the plugs and coil packs, I noticed a slight improvement in power. However, it still does not feel satisfactory. Whenever the vehicle is in neutral or park and I attempt to rev it, it bogs down and will then rev. In drive, there's no delay of acceleration. Starting is not always optimal, sometimes taking two or three tries to get it to fire up. When I first bought it, the service engine soon light was on, and an OBD II reader indicated it was PO171 and PO174, banks 1 and 2. Since that time, the codes have been reset, however, AutoZone employees are suggesting that the MAF sensor could be causing the issue. I have cleaned the sensor with the pressurized cleaner. Is there anything else that anyone can recommend to draw more power out of my truck? This will be eventually used for towing 2 boats each weighing approximately 4500 lbs, and occasionally an equipment trailer with a front end loader and zero turn mower, weighing approximately 6500. Power needed!

I hear air blowing out of my air intake, when I trie to start my 96 Ford F-150?

Me and a friend recently replaced the head on my 96 Ford F-150, straight 6. The old head cracked cause it ran hot. When we trie to start it, it sounds good like its about to start but stops when air blows out of the air intake. The distributer was not removed and the plug wires and spark plugs are right, baterey is good. What did we do wrong? Why will it not start?

Should I buy a 1998 Ford F-150 XL for $2500?

It has 156,000 KM on it. GM Dealership wants $2500, looks to be in good shape. Its only two doors so only fits 3 people. Should I just keep my Grand AM that has 190,215KM on it?

Getting my F-150 bumper and hood repainted, how much and how will it look?

I have a 2014 Ruby Red F-150 and this winter was brutal on the painted front bumper. There are so many tiny and large nicks and scratches so I decided to get it repainted.

I planned on taking it to an official Ford Body shop that did a great job repainting and blending the fender of my Grabber Blue Mustang.

I'd expect it'd cost about 300 to 450. I also noticed on the driver's side of the hood that a couple rocks left some pretty noticeable nicks with one that dragged across the hood. I attempted to buff and touch up but can't seem to get a good match with the metallic finish.

My question is does a hood need to be completely repainted if it's just one side that I want done to look unnoticeable and how much would the bumper and hood be for both scenarios. I ask because the Grabber Blue seems to be an easy color to blend and look like nothing happened but the Metallic Ruby Red seems like it'd be very difficult to match.
