2001 frod f 150 heard snap sound now feeling a pulling/drag?

2001 Ford F-150 xlt ext cab 5.4 4x4. 155,000 miles. My truck was driving and riding perfect, no problems what so ever, on my way to work I heard what sounded like something cracked or broke front the front, got to work f i ne no problems looked and everything noticed nothing, left work seemed fine hit a bump heard the same/ close to same sound and now the truck feels as if its draging, and not riding smooth anymore. Everything seems to be solid and where its suppose to be, any idea would help.

How to make truck last through college?

I have an 05 Ford F-150 with 260,000 miles. It has a rebuilt motor though, the old one was destroyed by the other owner who didn't change the oil. I put a new motor in at 238k. Truck runs great now. I'm a senior in high school and next year I have college and will be on a super strict budget. I really don't want to buy a different car, but to keep my truck to last me through college and then maybe some? I'm already good at oil changes (every 4,000). But anything else I can do to make it last a lot longer?

I bought 2 new key fobs for the f150 i got the 1st key to work but when i tried programming the second it didn't work and the other one stopped working and will not let me program it. Any advice?

Trouble reading dipstick 2007 Ford F-150 5.4?

I do my oil changed myself every couple thousand miles. Today I pulled out my dipstick, wiped it, and put it back in. To me, it looked like the whole bottom part of the dipstick was covered in oil. There's no max and min line but there's 2 dots. I'm confused as to where the oil is supposed to be, because both dots did not seem covered, but there was a thicker section of oil halfway through the lines, but yet it still seemed like the whole bottom part was covered in oil. Shouldn't there only be oil between the dots? Please explain thanks
