My warning light for powertrain issues came on?

2008 ford escape.
I have a 2008 ford escape the place where i've been taking my car has been putting in 5W30 oil in my car rather than the 5W20 it is supposed to have. Will this cause damage to my vehicle and could this cause the oil to disappear (it's not being burned off as there's no smell and its not leaking as there's no spots under the car)?
Water escaped inside my intake manifold, on my 5.4L ford v8 while the car wasn't running. I removed the spark plugs and found a lot of water in some cylinders however it is not cranking even by the crank bolt with a breaker bar, if i empty the engine oil and change oil will that help?
I was working on my car a few weeks ago. I was replacing my radiator reservoir because it was spewing the coolant everywhere. When I was done flushing out tge coolant I went to go screw the petcock screw back in and it was like dry rotted and the top piece came off so it's just the screw part that's stuck in there. A few weeks go by and now my coolant light is coming on and the only thing that I can think of is the petcock came loose and now it's leaking or maybe the hose is leaking. Either way that screw has to get replaced. I've been to AutoZone and AutoWay and O'Reilly auto parts and none of them have it. It as made of plastic and the car I drive is a 2001 Ford Escape XLT V6. If I go down to the Ford dealership will they have one or should I just go drive down to an auto salvage yard?
So let me explain myself a bit. I'm a dumb 17 year old kid that inherited my mom's old car (2001 Ford Escape XLT V6) I only know a few things about cars and working on them… Very few things. Me being 17 and just now getting a job I can't afford to spend $1500 for another mechanic to rip me off, trust me every single mechanic we've had to look at the car and fix it a week later had the same problem again if not more problems. So my mom never really maintained this vehicle. She never changed her tranny fluid and the car is at about 203,000 miles so I was told not to flush it but to drain it. What's the difference? How do I drain it? This car also has a really bad vacuum leak, how do I find the vacuum and fix it? The car has an oil leak and the mechanics want 2k to fix it. The car also has a freon leak so I have no AC which sucks because I live in FL. The also has an electrical problem which I'm not too worried about at the moment. I'm mainly worried about fixing the vacuum leak, the freon leak, draining the tranny fluid and oil, maybe the oil leak and I'll worry about the other stuff later. Should I drain the tranny fluid if it's never been drained/flushed for 203,000 miles? What's the difference between draining and flushing? Any help that isn't negative would be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to take some initiative by learning how to do this stuff myself. Please and thank you!
So my car started to make a few different noises actually. There's a noise coming from underneath the hood. It sounds like a ticking noise. Like something it turning and every time it turns it's hitting something and making that ticking noise, sorry I'm not great at explaining things lol. Then there's a noise that the car just started to make today, I'll assume maybe it's because of tge cold weather. When I turn the steering wheel, it's like a high pitched squeel kind of. It did that this morning but didn't do it when I left school a few minutes ago? Now, the other isn't so much of a noise. I'm having a bad idling vacuum leak problem. When I come to a stop, parked too long and turned on the needle goes below one and it starts to idle very badly to where I drive with two feet. Before school started my parents spent $700 fixing this car and one of the things that was supposedly fixed was the vacuum leak, but it's still there. I drive a 2001 Ford Escape XLT V6 and I want to keep this car going as long as I possibly can. Me being 17 and just now getting a job, I can't afford to spend $1500 for a mechanic to "fix" my car. I'd rather take some initiative and work on it myself so any help that isn't negative is greatly appreciated!
I have a 2003 Ford Escape with 235/701R-16 tires on it. Can I use 215/60R-16 snow tires for the winter?
I own a 2010 Ford Escape 2.5 awd suv. Everything seems to be fine aside from the abnormally loud engine sound and vibrations especially at high rpm.
I'm turning 18 buying my second car(been driving for 6 months) i currently have a small car but drive my moms suv all the time
my budget is up to $33000
i don't want anything brand new something with low km that is ok on gas and good for a girl
i can't decide between the following
any ford escape between 2008-2012
toyota 4runner 2010-2012
jeep wrangler 2006-2013
toyota rav4 2006-2013
Ok so for my first car, my parents are going to lease me something. Please don't criticize me or anything. I take care of all my stuff and appreciate everything. Don't call me spoiled or stupid. I'm not asking for a Cadillac or Lincoln. I'm looking between a few different cars: 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium, 2014 Ford Escape SE 2.0 Ecoboost, 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latittude 3.2 V6, and 2014 Dodge Journey SXT+ V6 (all FWD). The Fiesta would be cheapest and would be fully loaded. However, I don't know what would be best. I prefer an SUV/Crossover, but for such a low price with all the bells and whistles, I feel like the Fiesta is the best value. I like the Jeep and Escape, too. What do you guys think would be the best?
