Give me an idea what's blowing out the electrical system on my 1999 Ford Windstar?

Two new batteries, two new alternators, two new serpentine belts in the past two years. Most recently a new battery (last one was only less than halfway through its warranty) a new alternator, and a new belt with tension pulley on July 20, 2015 - two months ago. Check charging system light started coming on a few times starting about 5 days ago. Then another lost day of work today. Anybody got a clue? I'd really appreciate any help.

There's neighbor's Ford car I'm attempting to help push out a driveway?

~but the BATTERY IS DEAD and will not shift out of park with the key in and brake depressed. There's also a 'Interlock IID anti-DUI breath reader' installed, but feel this is NOT keeping the vehicle from being able to shift out of park, am I right? Is this just and electrical issue? Perhaps a fuse?

What is this SUV in a photograph?

I was reading an article online and it had a picture of an SUV outside an H-E-B (grocery store) in Lubbock, Texas. Pretty sure it's American (this being Texas and all), but it might be foreign. It looks like it's a 1990s SUV (not a crossover). It might have a Ford logo.

What is completely draining my truck's battery?

We have a 1980 Ford F100 Flareside. We just bought a brand new battery and the alternator is fairly new. We have been working on it so we haven't started it in about a week. No lights left on, no anything left on.

Today we hooked up the wires to the spark plugs in the correct firing order for a 351. We then tried to start it up. Husband put the key in and the headlights turned on and immediately dimmed out completely. While trying to crank it, it didn't even click or attempt to turn over.

We tried to jump start it. Nothing! Not even enough to turn the lights on at all. Made one click noise.

What besides an alternator could we check. I've heard of parasitic drain, of course we can't find our meter in order to do that. But, battery is completely gone. Brand new
