Do vehicles brake pads still contain asbestos?

Do vehicles manufactured after year 2000 still use asbestos brake pads? Specifically Audi, ford and chevy. I have heard mixed opinions on this matter and I was wondering if OEM brakes made in the last 20 or so years still carry a health risk to work on brakes cause by asbestos.

Is the new 2017 Ford Crown Vic commercially available?

Been trying to finance a new car, while I'm open to all options I'm really excited to see if the 2017 Crown Vic models are being sold anywhere. I haven't found anything online that says whether they are or aren't. I don't know if they're only available to police or are just not being sold yet. Any info on that would be a blessing, thanks.

I have a 2006 Ford Freestar, and the front washer will not operate. All fuses are fine. Is there a relay on the wiper motor itself?

Added (1). Additionally, we've tested power at the pump where I read voltage only when turning on the rear washer. At the fuse box, I read power for the following:
1. Front Wipers
2. Rear Wipers
3. Rear Wash

But, no power runs through the fuse box when pushing the wand inwards to start the front window washer, which I believe should happen seeing as that the wipers and their corresponding washer (front/rear) run on the same fuse (#54/55) and the fact that it does that for the rear.

Added (2). We've seen in an old posting that the wiper motor has a relay built in, possibly explaining why the rear pump would work but not the front (in that posting). Could that be the problem or has anyone heard/experienced anything similar to this?

How to take off my throttle position sensor? Screws stuck?

I have a 1991 mercury cougar which is a part of the ford family. Forums say that the screws are glued in the factory. Is this true and I only have a screwdriver which I can't put leverage in because she it is in a tight Space. And I can't put torch in there
