Is the new 2017 Ford Crown Vic commercially available?

Been trying to finance a new car, while I'm open to all options I'm really excited to see if the 2017 Crown Vic models are being sold anywhere. I haven't found anything online that says whether they are or aren't. I don't know if they're only available to police or are just not being sold yet. Any info on that would be a blessing, thanks.

The car was discontinued in 2011.

There's no 2017 Crown Victoria, the entire Panther Chassis was discontinued in 2011 (Crown Vic, Grand Marquis and Town Car). There's no plan to bring it back at the moment but if they do it probably won't even be remotely the same as it was.

If the 2017 models were available to the public they would have hit dealer showrooms sometime between April and August of 2016. The 2018 models would have hit showrooms between April and August this year. Even a trained monkey ought to be able to go to the official Ford website and determine that it is not available.

I'm pretty sure Ford discontinued the Crown Vic around 6 years ago.

Supposedly, the Taurus 6th gen is its "successor".

Forgot to add: some police departments are replacing their Crown Vics with the Taurus Interceptor. Where I live, they have a few of them but mostly still have the Crown Vics.

" I'm really excited to see if the 2017 Crown Vic models are being sold anywhere."

Considering that it was discontinued about 7 years ago. I wouldn't get too excited over it.

" I haven't found anything online that says whether they are or aren't."

There's a probably a reason for that.

"I don't know if they're only available to police or are just not being sold yet."

Not even the police can get them, mostly because they don't exist.
