What could be wrong with my car?

Like 2 months a go I took my Mustang 2002 to Good Guys because my temperature gauge was failing and my SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was on. I took it to them and they told me it was the coolant sensor, so since that time I've gone back to them because the temp gauge keeps failing and my light keeps coming on, they have replaced that sensor like 4 times already and even ordered one form the ford dealer and still the problem isn't fixed. I guess every time they scan the code it tells them its the sensor… But why would it fail so many times? Do you think its some wiring problems or what could it be?

Sometimes my temp gauge won't even work at all, like if the car was turned off.

Is a Mustang a good first car?

I'm a 16 year old male and I'm going to get a car when I get my license. My dad texted me and told me this might be my first car. The car is a 1998 Ford Mustang. It has the 3.8L V6 with a 5-speed manual transmission. I don't know how to drive a manual. The car has 180,000 miles. It's burgundy with a gray cloth interior. It has a dual exhaust and Mustang GT rims. Is it a bad idea?

Added (1). My grampa has a 2000 Ranger that he said I can take any time.

How much is a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe worth?

I'm looking to buy a 67 Mustang coupe and the description of the car is as follows:

"Nice 67 mustang coupe 302 V-8, automatic, power steering, (rebuilt),
The interior is very very good, engine overhauled, new dual exhaust, new brakes. Shocks, electric fan, CD.
Needs a new paint job or drive like it is."

It doesn't have the miles listed and no pictures of the backseat, but over all the car looks in good condition and is red in color (I can't see anything wrong with the paint, as it says it needs a paint job) and as far as I can tell there's no rust. The engine is a Cobra (it's pictured).
Could anyone help me to figure out what this car is worth so I know if I'm getting a good deal? KBB wouldn't let me do any car older than 1994.

How much upkeep do classic muscle cars require?

I have loved classic American muscle cars all my life and have finally got to a stage where I can afford one.

But I don't want to invest if I won't have the time to keep it in top working condition.

How much maintenance work/costs does it roughly require to keep cars like a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro or 1967 Ford Mustang in good working order?

Doge vs Ford vs Cadillac vs Chrysler?

I've recently come into some money and I'm able to buy either a 2005 Mustang, 2005 Cadillac cts, or a 2005 doge challenger, or a 2005 Chrysler 300. They all cost around the same price. But in your opinion what's the better car? I live in Michigan so weather is a concern.

Why is my 2000 mustang 3.8l coding misfire #1 cyl?

This has been coding # cyl misfire for quite some time. You can feel the misfire at idle & cruising speed with no load on engine. Now the question: I have concentrated all my efforts on #1 Cyl. Finally decided to do a compression test on all cyls. Found #6 plug completely fouled with ash buildup. Obviously #6 is the misfire. Why does it keep coding #1? Also removed upper intake manifold & found oil & carbon in both intake & exhaust ports on lower intake manifold. (some cyls. Not all). What would be the cause of this? Please help, I'm biting myself in the back trying to find out the cause. Compression is good on 3 cyls, Marginal on 2 & one is below limits.
