I have a 2014 Ford Mustang. I would like to know how much will it cost to have sync installed? I want to buy a Raxiom navigation system but, was told I need sync in order to operate it. Would I have to pay the price upfront or would they just include it into my monthly car note?
Generally speaking Sync is a factory only option. I don't know if dealerships will even offer to do the upgrade. Assuming they do, it's something that you would have to pay for up front, unless they would be up for renegotiating your deal, which may or may not be possible at this point, it would depend on what the financial institution the car is being financed through is willing to do.
They will give you the core value back on the original system and upgrade it, it will all go into the delivery price.
