Why do I have to slam the door to unlock the other doors?

Mine is a 2000 ford focus, has no remote key thingy. When I unlock the driver's door the rest of the doors won't unlock unless I slam the driver's door hard, sometimes I have to do it a couple of times. This happens especially in damp / humid or cold weather. Help? :| I don't wanna keep slamming the door to my poor ford focus.

Should i be concerned about this car tittle?

2 days ago o found a 2003 ford focus 106k miles for 1500 on a post in craiglist dc. I meet this guy in a open yard storage place where they keep other cars. When i handed him the money he gave me a tittle from virginia state and the owner appeared to be a dealership. The tittle was already signed with the same dealership name. When i went to the motor vehicle administration they told me they wouldn't process the tittle because it didn't have an actual name on it. I called him back and he told me to go back to where we meet. He asked me for the tittle and signed it under some ramdon name rosa gonzales a spanish common name. He is black and it has nothing to do but just so you know thats know even his name. After he signed it we went to a tag and tittle place and they process the tittle and gave me temporary tags for 30 days. Now the vin number is registered under my name I'm scare because i'm in probation and the last thing i want to do is get in trouble i took a picture of the old tittle that has the dealership name on that dealership is one hour away from me i called that dealership and they told me that they had sent the vehicle to an auto auction place. I called the auction place and they told me that they onlysell vehicles to dealers. My concern is why did he use a different name.
What is the best thing to do in this case? He didn't give me any letter saying he sold me the vehicle. Is it that he doesn't have a dealer liscence and thats why everything is so fishy?

Clutch going bad in a Ford Focus?

I have the dual clutch automatic 2014 Focus and it has almost 18 thousand miles. I know it's normal for the transmission to act funky as basically it's a computer controlled manual transmission. Well in the last 3 months I've put on about 5 thousand miles as I've been driving a lot for my job. I think the transmission is actually slipping and going out or something. When accelerating the car makes a noticeable slip in gear 2 and 3. Take off is a nightmare as the whole thing just lurches and vibrates really rough and badly. Once the car is up to speed it's fine. It used to do this in heavy traffic but I mostly drive on the highway and it still does this. I'm actually afraid it's going to dump me on the highway. I would take it to Ford but I'm afraid they will blow me off as I hear this is a common complaint.

What's wrong with my temperature system in my ford focus 2010? See details?

So I was driving for about 20 minutes and my temperature gauge was on cold still for some reason. Then all of a sudden my temperature warning light turns on, and persists for about 10 minutes. Then the temperature light turns off, and my gauge moves from cold to right before the middle. Is it a faulty sensor? Or could my car be overheating within 20 minutes of driving?

Is it possible to get a sunroof installed by Ford?

So I have a 2014 Ford Focus. Love the car to death and when I bought it I just needed a car and don't care what it was as long as it was relatively new. After two years of owning it I really want a sunroof and now that spring is upon us it would be really nice. I recently rented a BMW with one and I hated to give it back obviously. I know many would say just get a new car but I just don't want to start over on car payments again. Can I just buy a factory one and have it installed at a dealership? I don't care how much it costs. I hear aftermarket leak so I'd rather not but I have a garage so not super worried.

Power steering noise on Ford Focus, still works?

Suddenly, my power steering has got noisy. It makes a noise when idling and increases when I press the gas pedal and also when I turn the wheel. The power steering fluid level looks OK, a little bit below the minimum level but I can see it when I take the cap off. Is this just going to be a quick belt replacement or something far more expensive? Is it safe to keep driving? And also, can The AA or RAC fix this at the roadside or is it a garage job?

Mobil 1 extended performance change interval?

I recently acquired a 2001 Ford Focus. The owner s manual recommends an oil change every 5,000 miles. I picked up a Mobil 1 filter and am about to get the extended performance synthetic oil. Walmart is selling a 5 quart bottle for $26.

The consensus is that you should always follow the owner s manual for recommend intervals. Since the car is no longer under warranty, would I be okay extending the oil change to a longer interval? I would be uneasy going 15,000 miles between oil changes but I would like to think that the synthetic oil would allow me to go longer than the 5,000 mile mark. The engine seems to be running well at the moment.
