Yeah don't ask. All I can say was I was starving so I started eating my lunch in the car and ended up dropping the whole thing on my car seat. My life. The car seat is a beige cloth so after I cleaned it it's still orange of course. Can I use a wet vacume on the seat? I don't have any fancy seats either it's a Ford Focus and the only tech it has is a seatbelt sensor.
Iv had my clutch and flywheel replaced but I just want to know if it's normal to feel vibration through cutch pedal only when it's about a centimetre of the floor if it's all the way down you can hardly feel it the clutch place said it's normal but this is the 3rd flywheel they have fitted within 3000 miles
Ok so it wasn't in a accident (I don't think) but I took my car to them to get a simple oil change. They told me I have a oil leak from a bad seal and needed to replace it and would keep it overnight. I agreed and didn't think twice about it because that was covered under warranty. Three days go by with their loaner car so I called to check the status and they told me they were replacing my whole engine because it was more damaged. Remind you this is a 2014 Ford Focus driven only for two years I bought new and had 30 thousand miles. It's now been a week since I've heard anything about my car. Last I checked was yesterday and they told me their still working on it. Like what should I do? Is this normal if a dealer seriously screws up your car?
The radio doesn't work from time to time I want to put a new one in where do I go for a good one

It's a 2014 Ford Focus. I had some kind of oil seal replaced because there was oil leaking from my engine. It was covered under warranty and completely free. I got it fixed and when they returned my car to me its accelerating really loudly and doesent go. I returned it to have them look at it but I'm just curious what it could be. Like it sounds like a truck or hole in a muffler
I have a 2013 ford focus S and it has these 2 buttons on the far right that look like lil spedometers. I don't have a manual so i can't look in it to see what these do. They look like they should be for cruise control but any time i push them when i'm driving or hold them down or anything nothing happens. Anyone know what they do? Or how to makw them work lol because i really would like to be able to use cruise control if that's what these are for 
I've recently took my car in for some warranty work to be done.( For free, well I thought).
But the guy at ford has rang me up saying I owe them £100 for the diagnostic test which has told him its the washer pump thats gone.
Can the test show its the washer pump thats gone. Or has he looked under bonnet and tryed to scam me out of 100 pound?
I have a ford focus sport 1.8 TDCI. I was replacing the cylinder head temp sensor on my car today, in doing so I had to remove the fuel filter out the way, to do that I had to remove the pipes/hoses that was clipped onto it, however I did not open the fuel filter housing itself.
The car manual does not mention needing to bleed the system, just reads to unclip hoses off filter and move filter to one side.
the shop have sent me the wrong sensor so I won't be able to start up the car until tomorrow anyway.
do you think it will be a case of just putting everything back together or do you think the fuel will need bleeding?
I recently purchased a Ford focus electric 2013, when I turn the wheels make a sound similar to when the car is on a hill and the wheels are struggling, or its in gravel and it's a hill, I don't know if I explained right, English isn't my language, any help?
