What else could it be?

I just replaced the master cylinder on my 03 ford focus because all of sudden there was no brakes. I bleed the master cylinder on the car and then went to bleed all four wheels. Now when I press on the brake pedal it travels about 75 percent of the way before starting to stop the car. There's also a "whooshing" sound when I press on the brake pedal. It only does this with the car on. With the car on the brake pedal is hard as rock and I can hear the calipers clamping to the rotor. From here I'm at a lose. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

P1747 Code.03 Ford Focus?

My car has been shifting a little crazy. It jerks and delays when it tries to shift. No check engine light has came on at all, but I knew something wasn't right. I took it and got it scanned and the code P1747 came up and said

"Pressure control Solenoid A Short Circuit" No clue what this means. I googled it and it says something about a Solenoid so I sent in for a quote at a tranny place near me, haven't heard back yet as its 10pm. I can't sleep because I'm stressed out, and was curious if this is going to be hell to fix or very expensive?
