Depends on if you have the 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder motor. How about being smart and calling a mechanics garage in your area?
These days a "tune up" just means replacing the the spark plugs as most cars don't have distributers/rotors, points, or even traditional spark plug wires that need replacing. At most you're talking replace the plugs, change the fuel filter, air filter, and an oil change if needed. To have shop do it, it'll be $300-$400 with most of that being for labor. If you're just doing the plugs, about half that amount.

- Rpm gauge not working normally? I have a 2004 Ford Freestyle and I noticed today my RPM gauge has been acting funny. When I turn the car on, rather sitting just above 0 it is sitting at one. When I start to accelerate it would normally go up to a 2 but instead it is going to almost 3. It is an older car with 150k miles on it. I'm not car savy in any way but I want to know what could possibly cause this and if it will be an expensive fix or not.

- I have a ford f150 5.4 2005 and engine went out. Cost to repair idea? Photos are included? So i was told by a mechanic that my 2nd pistion broke and i needed a whole engine swap. I pulled the engine out and found just what you see broken. No other metals were found down in the oil pan. I think there's maybe a piece of rod in the piston area. Any idea what it may cost to repair? If it helps i live in central california
