I have been having trouble with my 2008 ford focus's radio. All the lights come on and I can change the volume and channel but the speakers make no noises. And very rarely it will work.
I have tried to switch it to AUX and CD but neither make noise either.
I have checked a few fuses but I didn't see any fuses that might be causing the issue and I don't know if fuses can only sometimes work.
Please let me know if you have any ideas, thank you.
My focus has 39k 1.6 disel, I have vibration around the pedals area and air vents area, I have had the car fully checked by Ford and Vauxhall who are unable to locate a problem, they say engine mounts are fine also, any ideas what could be causing this as it's very annoying?

When first starting the car, just leaving it neutral, the RPM stays around 2,000. IT only raises when driving, as described above

I currently drive a 2014 Ford Focus. It's just to small for me. And it's is HORRIBLE in the snow even with brand new snow tires. I have a two year old and we need room. I want something reliable. Preferably a SUV but I don't want a huge one. I've been looking at a Honda CRV, Jeep Patriot, Subaru Outback, Jeep Cherokee and a Toyota RAV4. Which is my best option? I want something that won't depreciate Lin value a lot too.
I just want a ball-park hypothesis. I know I need to take my car to a mechanic to find out what's really wrong but I can't until Monday. All I can do right now is get an idea of what might be wrong here.
My 2003 Ford Focus shakes a lot from the back, making clanking noises. I do drive some bumpy roads, so it might be the springs. But if there's something else is could be, I d like to know.
