Just as above the engine moves noticeably up and forward in the engine bay, I haven't noticed any unusual vibrations or clunking, could this be the lower motor/torque mount, or is this normal for this car?

I have a Ford Focus that I brought to a shop because the steering wheel locked up not letting me make turns. The shop had replaced bolts on my water pump, replaced an idle pulley and serpentine belt. I spent $400 in parts and labors and brought the car home and that same night it was overheating and I had to pull over to the side of the road. My reservoir had no water and my radiator fans weren't running. I live in Florida and the previous owner jerry rigged the fans to always run. Whenever the mechanics did the repair the wiring got messed up causing the fans to not run at all. I told them I wanted the car in the same condition before and that I wasn't giving them anymore money (after paying 400 dollars they promised me my car would run better than before) but I couldn't even drive a few miles without it overheating and smoking blowing out. They said they would put it back to its condition but I would not have a warranty because it was not the proper way. I'm just wondering what I can do? They drained my bank account. Is it ok for the fans to always run? The temperature gauge stays at about half?
