Where is the amp located in a 2006 Ford Focus?
I've been looking forever and haven't been able to find where the amp is located, I totaled my focus and am trying to take the amp out to use it in another car. So if anyone has any idea where it is located it would be GREATLY appreciated.
I would guess in the receiver.
Hi so the only amplifier is an audio amplifier which is part of the car radios circuits within the radio's case.
- Can you install amp and sub into a 2003 Ford Taurus? Well I'm pretty sure you can but I noticed you have to buy the aftermarket raido kit for the car which is like 40$. And it includes the wires for heat and all that but just making sure I will be able to hook a custom head unit up to the wires inside the car?
- Should I get a 2006 Ford F-150 XLT or 2006 Chevy Silverado Z71? Which truck would be better… I need a tough truck to haul around kids (both are 4-door), a little off-road driving around the farm and fishing, pulling a 4k to 5k trailer. Which engine is better, Fords 5.4L or Chevys 5.3L? Is one transmission better than the other? Which will give me the least or most problems? All pros and cons appreciated, thank you!
- Do I need an aftermarket head unit (car stereo) for my amp and subs for my 2008 Ford Escape? Since it's a newer suv would an aftermarket head unit be worth it? I already got an aux cord plug in.
- 2006 Ford Freestar or 2006 Honda Odyssey? I'm about to purchase a used vehicle.Im trying to get either an odyssey or a freestar. I'm thinking the odyssey is more but thats not an issue. I'm just looking for room and something that can handle long highway miles. Any suggestions
