Rear ended crash need advice?

Yesterday at 1pm I was stationary at a red light when a lady crashed into my vehicle from behind she admitted liability and her insurance company are arranging an inspection and repairs or replacement my car needs a new bumper and a very small bit of metal supporting the bumper affixed to the rear slam panel. I want a replacement as my turbo and clutch are on the blink. Would they tell if I heated up the metal and bent it to write it off? I've also been in a lot of pain in my neck shoulders and headaches

My car is a 2006 ford focus 153k on clock

Is my ford focus safe using high milage full synthetic oil?

So i own a 2005 ford focus zx4 se and i recently changed my oil. My vehicle has roughly 170,000 miles on it and it calls for 5/20 but i noticed that it would be low on oil from most likely evaporation brcause my car doesn't have a leak. So i used 5/30 mobil 1 high milage full synthetic. I noticed that its filled a lil more than the max on the dipstick, it reaches up to where there's a curved dent in the dipstick if you know what i'm talking about. But is that oil ok for my car and is it bad that its overfilled? I only poured an entire 5 quart jug which is how much my car is suppose to take to my knowledge. Any help is appreciated!

How often should I change my oil?

I only drive my car about 2,000 miles a year, sometimes less than that. I hate my car and only use it when I can't take my husbands (when he's not home). I try to drive it once every couple weeks and will be driving it to school two days a week starting in September. I was getting it changed every 6 months but I've been putting it off and its now been 8 months. I have a 2003 ford focus and I've never seen the oil change light come on, should I start waiting for this? Change it once a year, keep doing it every 6 months, or more often?

How long will my Ford Focus last?

I have a 2006 Ford Focus with about 91,000 miles on it. I'm the second owner and the first owner took super good care of it and had been in no crashes or anything. I typically drive about 5,000 miles a year. Does anyone have an idea of how long it will last, or how long these types of cars typically last?

Car won't start after hitting pothole?

We hit a rather large pothole, damaging the tire and rim on our car. Ever since, the car won't start. Any ideas what could be wrong? We have a 2002 Ford Focus ZX3.

What to say to a lying police officer?

So far this month, i've been stopped and search 9 times from my vehicle.

I do not smoke drugs however to them, my car smells of cannabis always which gives them the rights to search me and my vehicle.

I drive a ford focus 2005 1.6 zetec and the excuses the police officers always use is misuse of drugs and that there was an incident nearby and i more or less fit the match.

this is getting ridiculous. My car never smells of weed and nor do i even smoke it any more. Its been over 2 years since the last time i did and in this vehicle, i have never smoked weed just cigarettes.

I think due to my "appearance", they just tend to search me for absolute no reason.

What can i do to prevent them from searching again? They have no rights, i get questioned and searched if i'm parked up or even driving.

Ford Focus engine bucking problem?

I have a 2000 Ford Focus and the engine has been shaky. I do not consider my focus problem to be a "misfire" but that word could be used as part of the description, though I have replaced the spark plugs recently, along with the fuel filter & coils. My symptom is best described as this; hesitation, bog or stumble during light acceleration, a total loss of power/compression-> when at a stop and taking off. I can always recover from this (or prevent this) if I step harder on the gas pedal. Surging or bucking <like a bobble head doll> when cruising and barely applying the gas. I have never seen/felt a problem at highway speeds. Please note it only happens during light acceleration.

I don't know If its a failed failed DPFE, because the RPM's oscillates.
