Is the ignition key chipped, or what?

I keep one of my beautiful Ford Mustang's in a garage. Anyway, any so and so day when I want to drive it I have to boost it up because the battery I have is pretty much dying and I need to buy a new one as soon as possible. So today I go over to my garage and want to take my car out for a quick spin. I figured the battery was dead so I was ready, but something weird happened. My car key remote refused to even unlock the doors. "Uh oh" I thought. Now I'm in some real deep issues because the remote is usually what I use to unlock the car. I can't unlock the car from my driver's side. It is completely messed up and the passenger's side has no keyhole.

I wondered what I'd do for 20+ minutes. I tried wedging it, didn't work. I tried using a coat hanger; didn't work. I tried sliding in through the trunk side… Didn't work. I tried opening the driver's side with my key and it finally opened. But now I put the key in the ignition, and it refuses to turn. My goodness, now what do I do? Is the key chipped? I can't buy another one right now. I don't have a spare $150 from the ridiculous dearships

Would I be able to trade in my 2009 Honda Civic for this 1998 Mustang Cobra?

My dream car has been a Mustang Cobra, I bought the civic because I thought I was going to college but I was denied.
Well now I have a really good job and I can afford to have this Cobra.
Would I be able to trade it in even though I still owe money on the Civic?

1990 Thunderbird SC vs 94-98/99-04 Mustang?

I'm in the market for a used car, I was looking into with getting a 94-98 model Mustang, or a 99-04 model. While doing so I found a 1990 Ford Thunderbird SC, I know they're only rated at 210 hp but on YouTube I see these cars outrun 93 Camaro SS's and 05-09 Mustangs in the quarter mile. To bottom line it, are they really that powerful stock with just the supercharger?

How much would it cost for a complete new brake system?

It would be for a 1970 Ford Mustang.
This is the Craigslist ad:
1970 Mustang Coupe Project Car, 302, Automatic, Factory AC car, Magnum 500's.
Newer:
Seat Covers
Carpet
Gas Tank
Flowmaster Exhaust

Engine runs good. Not driveable - no brakes, will need to trailer or flatbed.
86,000 miles

Also how much do you think I should pay? (He is asking $3400)

What can I do to improve my mustang?

I currently purchased a 2000 ford mustang. Pretty much completely stock vehicle except for the rims that were on it when I got it. V6 3.2L. Standard transmission. I would like to know what mods I could put on it to make it a little more efficient speed wise, and I really want it to be louder. I know generally what I need but have no idea how to pick the correct stuff.

Not looking for anything like "replace the engine" or stuff that will cost me thousands. Not made of Money but not exactly a college student either. I'd say keep if $300-$500.
