Will My insurance company fix my Mustang?

I live in New Zealand, Tonight I was practically left in tears after driving on the highway in my freshly painted (6 weeks ago) 1966 ford mustang.

It was dark and there was very poor visibility and I drove though gravel scattered on the road that had either been dropped off a truck, or from unfinished roadworks. Either way, My $50,000NZD / 42000USD paint job has been ruined.

I have Full Comprehensive Insurance, on a website I looked at I red this blurb on it.

Comprehensive insurance covers damage to a vehicle that was not involved in a collision. If you carry comprehensive car insurance and the paint chips on your car were caused by vandalism, theft, animals or a natural disaster, then your insurance will repair the paint damage. You will be responsible for paying the deductible on your policy. Tiny paint chips caused by insects, rust or mild weather conditions are not covered by car insurance. These types of paint chips are normal under most driving conditions and are considered common wear and tear.

My car is insured for $85,000NZD / 72000 USD

So, am I covered. Or am I going to be wiping my tears away for months.

And yes, I understand that cars will get small stone chips over time (Thats normal wear and tear, which is something I can live with. But I don, t call my car getting showered in loose gravel normal wear and tear.

2008 Mustang V6 for 2003 Mustang GT. Bad trade?

I'm considering trading my 2008 v6 mustangfor a 2003 mustang gt. My 08 has 82000 miles and the 03 has 101000. I like the older body styles better and I want a v8. My concern is how many miles I can get out of the 03 and if it has too many miles to be worth trading. Heres a link to the 03 and I would like some opinions on if this a bad decision or not. Thanks!

Error p0745 what should I do? 2009 ford mustang?

My o/d started flashing and I have a check engine code. P0745 -Pressure Control Solenoid Malfunction. My engine gets hot and sometimes it will stay in 3rd gear (limp mode) I can't check the transmission oil due to it no dipstick. Tons if mods and a programmer. Has cams. I need to use it to get to work tomorrow. It's 4 hrs away. But it'll be parked for two weeks then back to home.

Do I need a catalytic converter?

I have a 2000 Mustang Ford V6 3.8L

I looked under the car and I did not see 1 catalytic converter, I saw some pictures supposedly I has 4? But mine just has 2 long pipes that just go from the engine to the mufflers and then exhaust pipe. It smells like gasoline when I start up the car. Will this damage anything?

How much would it cost per month to insure a 2005-2007 Mustang?

I'm 16. I read somewhere being a girl and having high grades could bring the premium down some. The sticker price on the car would range from 6k to 9k. My mom is on Ford Insurance and she has 2014 Ford Tarus on her insurance right now.

Would it be cheaper if she put the car under her name or under mine? And the price per month?

3.8L 2004 Ford Mustang modifications?

I have a 04 Mustang Convertible with the 3.8L V6 and automatic tranny. The car is in excellent shape and has only 49,000 miles on the motor. She's slow as snot though.

What is the best way to give this vehicle GT performance without selling the vehicle? It was an unexpected gift and very sentimental to me.

Was thinking of a Cold Air intake, high flow headers, and a true duel exhaust with high flow cat's. Does anybody have a link or first hand experience if this is worth the time and money thrown into it?

Had the car for 5 years now, been beat by to many Civics off the line lol.

Added (1). Meant Selling the Vehicle and buying a GT Sorry.
