My car is making a whining noise when turning?

I have a 2006 V6 manual transmission Ford Mustang. It has about 110 thousand miles on it so I'm aware that parts will start needing replacement but with this certain problem I don't know what exactly.

Whenever I turn (whether it's sharpe or a mild turn) I hear a whining noise. Now my guess is that it's the power steering or my vehicles rear end needs to be replaced. I really hope it's just the power steering but I've had mechanics at Firestone auto tell me that they think it's the rear end.

Which guy should I choose?

Guy A: he is very rich, and a prep. He had blond hair, green eyes, is 6'2 and is 16. He works out a lot, so he is ripped. He drives a Mercedes. Also friendly, but a bit aloof. He does fencing and is a black belt in karate. Also, he is British. All the girls think he's hot, but they never approach him cause he's so regal. He wore this to school yesterday: Burberry trench coat, brooks brother sport shirt, skinny jeans, desert boots, and ray bans. He is brooding, mysterious and regal.
Guy b: he is a skater. He has black hair and blue eyes, 6'0 and 18. He is more slender than guy a. He is funny in a sarcastic way, and he drives a ford mustang. But, he is a bit of a player. Unlike guy a, he is social, knows everybody, but he is a bit of a rebel and gets into trouble a lot. He wore this to schools yesterday: leather jacket, t shirt, ripped jeans and dc shoes. He has a faint Australian accent. He is friendly, sarcastic and funny.

Best way to clean rims on a 2001 ford mustang gt?

So I'm cleaning my dad's mustang in the summer for a huge car show… I already have the automotive soap, quick detailer, carnauba wax, claybar etc… But no rim cleaner because I'm sorta on a budget now that I spent a bunch… What would you do to clean the hell out of some rims? Should I wash the rims, clay bar, then wax?
