New Ford Ka stalling my fault or car fault?

I got a brand new ford ka 2014 last week. I passed my test a year and have been nervous to drive. Initially everything was fine but then I began to stall (may I add that I stalled one time during my entire course of lessons). It has stop start technology and after the stall I was really struggling to get going again as it seemed to cut out. I was blaming myself and everyone told me that it with new cars until you get used to it. I turned start stop off and this helped- less stalling incidents and I was able to restart and get going first time when it did occur. I had a couple of
People try the car and they said that it seemed to need extra revs when emerging from junction etc so I did this and it seemed better for a while. I went out driving last night and two warning lights were on for the entire journey and when I was stationary with the engine running. These were; injection system failure and engine oil sensor failure. When I started up after checking these out in the manual they were gone again.

I'm trying to. Get a hold of the dealership to have it looked at but I would like to know if these faults could contribute to the stalling problem as I'm getting a bit of a complex about driving. I'm really trying hard to fix what I'm doing wrong but can't seem to find a solution. It might just be me but I would like to know either way.

Added (1). I only have the stalling problem when emerging or starting at traffic lights and not consistently. I can start of the car for a journey without a problem and my gear changes are smooth.

Added (2). Actually I only have the problem when I come to a complete stop and need to get moving again.

Why does my car drop speed then pick up it up again?

Yesterday i was driving a 15 mile journey, i came off the motorway and was driving on an a road when the car speed just dropped, my foot was all they way to the floor and still the cars speed just dropped, it got to about 15mph and then suddenly picked up speed again and drove normally, a couple of minutes later the exact same thing happened, there was nowhere for me to pull over so i had to keep going, i exited a roundabout and again the car would not pick up speed, the engine light started flashing and then the car started making a choking noise, it kind of sounded light it was coming from the back of the car like exhaust maybe.

i was going to a friends birthday party so left the car there for about 5 hours parked up, when i drove home, the car drove absolutely fine apart from at 1 point for a couple of second i could not get her car to go past 50mph.

the car is a ford ka 2003, done about 74000 miles, i got it last month but before that the car had been off road for 2 years.

this is the second time this has happened now, the guy that sold me the car also fixes them and he said before it was a blockage in one of the pipes, he replaced it, this was only on sat, the car drove perfectly then and did Sunday morning until i did the last journey what could it be?

i don't know much about cars so please keep any explanations idiot proof… Thanks!

If I buy a Ford KA will the insurance be cheap?

I'm doing my driving lessons now and I've done 30 hours. I can drive now, we're just practicing. So, I'm looking for a good first car. I don't want to spend a fortune on a nice car. I just want a decent one to get me from A to B. I have seen a ford KA. Nice little cars. Is the insurance cheap? I'm 25.

Ford KA radio code: Where can I find it?

I was fiddling with the radio (it isn't my car) and was left with a radio demanding a code! I didn't know that they did this.

Can somebody get me the code and tell me how to put it in please!

Do you think it's unreasonable for a 2002 model car to be so rusty that it has to be scrapped?

I recently had to scrap my 2002 KA Ford because there was so much rust that it failed it's MOT. The cost of welding it would have be more than the cars worth. I phoned a local garage and they told me that they had just had another KA in with almost identical problems and had advised it to be scrapped. When I took it to be scrapped I talked to the people there and they said KA cars were the worst they had ever seen for rust.

I don't know what the body was made of but I was told even people who had their KA's regularly serviced at the Ford dealer and welded still ended up with having to scrap the cars due to rust.

It seems to me that someone should complain to Ford. But would that be unreasonable not to expect a car to rust so badly in such a short period. I was not driving very much since I've been in and out of jobs.
