2008 Ford Focus stereo Sucks?

I purchase a used 2008 ford focus coupe my issue is the sound system. When you turn it up loud the speakers only transmit treble and when turned low its more mid range bass like. More crisp rather. It seems its limiting the audio. And when a part has alot going on it compensates. The vocals will go dim while the band is playing then the vocals stop and the bands super loud. Do you think this is the speakers not being able to handle it cuz I want to get new speakers and and sub and amp. Or should I also get a new interface as well?

Deciding between my first car?

So I have come down to two cars that I'm considering buying for my first car and would like the opinions of others before I make my final decision. The first car is a 2002 Ford Focus SVT 6-speed manual with 145k miles. The car has had the transmission replaced, many mods added (such as halo headlights, body kit, ect), 5 previous owners, and according to carfax, minor damage done to the left side but was repaired. The price for this car is $1,990. The second car is a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 5-speed manual with 147k mile. The car is coming from a private seller so I don't know as much about it as the Focus. There's some rust on the car which I would have to take care of. The price for this car is $2,900. What do you guys think I should go for? I know jeeps last a really long time but I don't like the fact the the body of it has some rust. On the other hand, the focus has a lot of miles for a focus svt. Also, the jeep only had 2 previous owners compared to the focus which has 5. I'm not looking for a perfect car for my first car because I don't really have much money to spend considering I have to pay for insurance as well. What do you guys think? My power steering belt is off?

When I left for work yesterday I pulled out of the driveway and it was extremely hard to turn my steering wheel. I noticed this morning my power steering belt was hanging off. I grabbed it and it just all came off. I looked at the belt. It doesn't have any cracks or slits. I'm not sure if it can be worn out or if there could be another problem leading to it? I have a 2002 ford focus. I know nothing about cars.

Does my 2007 ford focus 1.6 ti vct engine have an alternator tensioner pulley?

I have a 2007 1.6 petrol ti vct engine and it does not seem to have an alternator belt tensioner. I bought this car and the engine was stripped already and no tensioner came with the car now that i have it back together i don't see any place where the tensioner would fit and the belt that came with the car seems very short.
the problem is i don't know if there was a tensioner or is it just tensioned with the alternator bolted up
there seems to be too much pressure on the belt when i have it tightened all the way up or else its the wrong belt that came off the car
any ideas would be much appreciated
