What fuel pump do I need, 76 ford 410?

I have a 1976 ford f150 and it has a 390 and I've upgraded to 410 valve train and what not. So I've got a 410 on my hands. Edelbrock performer 390 intake. Rated for 600 to 800 cfm. It's got a 600 on it. I haven't taken the pump out yet, but I will. It appears to be a factory pump. The engine hasn't been run much the last 11 years. But before it sat the engine was rebuilt. I drove it the other day and it seemed sluggish. That could be the 6 month old gas, or the carb from sitting. But I'm looking to put a 800 cfm on there and I want to make sure it has enough fuel. What would be a good pump for me to run?

Is this a good first car? - 2

My grandfather says he will give me his 1995 Ford F-150 regular cab XLT if I want it. I wanted to know if this was a good choice for a first car.

1985 Ford F-150 351 conversion?

I currently have a 302 in my truck, but I was seriously thinking of swapping it out into a 351.

Should I buy a whole new engine?
Or buy a conversion kit, and where can I go to get em'?

I have a 2004 ford f-150 5.4 triton new body style and the exhaust makes noise?

It does not make the noise when i'm in park or neutral
however when i put it in reverse or drive it starts making like a ratttle noise?
kind of sounds like the ehaust is loose but when my boyfriend checked under it
it seemed fine. It only does it about 15 minutes after being started
but there's days when there's no noise at all

Should I put the new engine in or buy a new vehicle?

I have been having engine problems with my 2005 f150 with only 100k miles after hitting a helmet that fell off a motorcycle on the highway. My insurance will not cover it because they are claiming that this is a problem with ford engines in a certain range of years. They are telling me that there isn't any conclusive evidence that says the helmet caused all these problems. Well I took the truck to a two mechanics and both mechanics say I need to buy a new engine (old one I will eventually have the same problems with) and they are saying they will put a new engine in for $8,400. This is no doubt a lot of money to put into my truck. I bought it just over a year ago for $14,000. I need to know if putting the engine in it is worth it or what should I do?
