2004 Ford f150 204k miles $995 to good to be true?

So there's an 04 f150 apparently still runs strong 204k miles. Is it too good to be true. The body isn;t in too good of a shape. Is there something to worry about in a car that has that many miles and is only 13 years old?

Warranties for 2013 Ford F150 certified pre owned. HELP1?

A ford dealership in my town is selling a certified preowned 2013 ford f150. It still has 3 years left on the powertrain warranty or 100k miles. They are trying to sell me a premium maintenance warranty 4yr/60k miles for $2050 and a premium care wrap "bumper-bumper extended warranty" 4yr/45k miles for 2050. I've never heard of premium care wrap warranty and they just told me it was a bummer to bumper. Is this to much considering the truck has 64880 miles?

Fixing a 1999 ford f150 that won't start?

I've got a 1999 ford f150, manual transmission. It was my brother's, so I don't really know too much of the other details. The problem with it is, he said it started hard when he drove it home, and then he backed it in to where it is now, and it hasn't started since. He said he looked at it, and is probably something electrical. It spins over, but doesn't start. After crashing my truck, I don't exactly have the money, nor the time, to invest in taking it to a shop if I don't have to. So, does it sound like I could fix it myself?
