I currently have a 2000 ford expedition v8 trition. I'm looking to buy a pickup truck and need something with similar power. I also need a truck that is able to pull a heavy trailer with a car on it. Can I get away with a f150 or should I be looking at an f250 or f350?
Changed the spark plugs, the oil filter, air filter, catalytic converter on both sides and ac vent accuator. For a while now the car would shake and sometimes cut off while idle. Then upon changing everything it was fine. Within the last 2 weeks when I turn the ac on it would shake like it wanted to cut off again. Today it started shaking so bad like I was being bumped at warp speed on all sides. The car wouldnt go over 20MPG. I barely made it home. The check engine light was blinking but wouldnt stay on. I have no clue what this could be. I changed everything I could find relating to the problem but now it seems it is worst then before. What is going on with it? Its a 4.7 engine with 198,000 miles. Is my engine garbage or can I fix it? I do not have thousands to spend for a mechanic to search for gold under my hood, But I need my car.

I have a 2007 goes expedition. Will 2006 rocket panels fit. I can't seem to find any after market. They only go up to 2006. The manufacture sticker on my truck says it was made in Nov. 2006. But I'm sure it went to dealers in 2007. Help, I can't seem to find anything anywhete. And don't have a ton of money
My car (2000 Ford Expedition) started making a knocking sound 2 days ago, I thought it was due to the cold weather but when the oil light flashed on I pulled over knowing I was low on oil. When I checked the dip stick I was completely out of oil and put in nearly 5 quarts of Mobil 1 synthetic. Once I put that in the engine started running more smoothly but it still has that knocking noise when I put it under any strain. Does anyone know what I might have done to the engine, and how I can fix it?
I drive a Ford expedition 94 and I just recently changed my break and now there's a loud grinding noise when I slightly turn the wheel to the left. It clicked when you turn like the wheel is going to fall off. What could this be and is ok to drive another week till pay day? Will my tire fall off?
While driving yesterday, the AC shut off and the service engine soon light came on.
The car drives good but now all sorts of weird electrical things like power locks won't work the key fob won't work.

My 2001 ford expedition is having problems. My windows fog up and there's a sweet smoke smell that is coming through the vents that is making me sick. It is not constant but it is a real problem. It is going to cost $700 to have a mechanic repair. Is there anyway to bypass or stop the air that comes from the engine to the cab? I heard that i can use a clam to plug the two hoses that goes into the cab, which would prevent the water/antifreeze going to the heater core. Will that cause problems?
