Valvoline gear oil can it be used in transmission for a ford expedition
I have a 2007 Ford Expedition in great condition, however like my other Ford SUV's, the driver side and passanger are always slow going down and really slow going up.
Today I lowered my window all the way and now it won't even go back up. It moves a tiny bit then gets stuck, and it's stuck in a position I can't even grab the window to help it raise while using the switch at the same times
Is it the switch? Motor? Regulator? I don't know much about windows.
How to troubleshoting 1998 ford expedition firemissing code?
This is something I've actually considered suggesting to Ford, after reading reviews of their EcoBoost F-150 and Mustang. If it's possible and they elect not to do it, I'm wondering if I could do it myself to a turbocharged car.
It seems to me that the problem with turbo'd engines, and EcoBoost engines in particular since their entire purpose is to be fuel efficient, is that in order to get good gas mileage, you essentially have to play footsie with the gas pedal and avoid spooling up the turbos as much as possible. Otherwise that twin-turbo inline four might as well be a non-turbo V6 (for example), as far as mileage goes.
Would it be possible to put a toggle button or switch on these cars that turns the turbochargers on and off? That way if you're really worried about gas you can turn them off, and then turn them on when you feel you need the extra oomph, like the way AWD/2WD switches are in cars like the Ford Expedition (which I currently drive).
What is the fuse number for my wind shield wiper for my 2001 ford expedition?
I have a 2006 Ford expedition four-wheel-drive XLT it Will not go into four-wheel-drive I turn it on 4x4 high 4x4 low and will not do anything The lights on the dash don't light up for 4x4
I worked and now need a new car as i sold my old one now have money for a new car, i was looking at hatchbacks as i love hatchbacks, My past cars were a 2002 ford expedition xlt and 2004 pt cruiser. My current ford focus, mazda 3, vw golf i will even consider the civic but i like hatchback styling, i would want it to last awhile and be reliable(one less thing i can worry about ) i don't care for HID headlights i will do fine with regular, a sunroof is a must as is a backup camera, i don't care for push button but wouldn't mind it, good stereo system is a must. What would you guys choose?
