Catalytic convertor stopped up?

I have an 99 ford ranger with 3.0L ff and its 4wd… Not that it matters if its 4wd. Anyways, it has set a lean code on bank 2 upstream and keeps bogging down and then picks up and takes off good. Now, I know I could just hook up a vaccum gage to upstream O2 sensor… Or for that matter remove it and see how it runs… But its rainy here and I have no inside garage to work in. So, just lookin for some opinions as this is my daily driver to the shop where I work. Also, as a side note I would like to mention that I hooked up my fuel pressure guage to the fuel rail and it held at 65-70 psi at idle and a consistent 65 psi at operating speeds… BUT if the vehicle is off and you turn the key to on position, the fuel pumps to 65 and then drops rapidly to 0. The fuel rain should be holding pressure. This leads me to think there may be a possible fuel pump issue, but again, the psi seems to hold consistent once the engine is operating. So… I'm back to thinking of the cat.

1997 Ford Ranger, cloud of black smoke?

1997 Ford ranger, just cleaned the fuel injector a couple nights ago. Went to go start it up just a few minutes ago and a black cloud of smoke came pouring out of the exhaust I'm assuming. Is that normal since I just ran fuel injector cleaner a couple nights ago?

94 Ford ranger should I buy for 800$?

It has rust repaired nicely on body, runs great, standard trans, but has NO power steering it is the base model with absolutely no extras and was bought this way. Tires are size 14. Wondering if I should pick this upnor not as I know very little about trucks and have never driven standard or without power steering but the price seems good for a truck and I need one.

Disappearing coolant? 2012 Ford Fiesta, and 1999 Ford Ranger?

I'm somewhat concerned about disappearing coolant in both my vehicles, particularly the 2012 which is almost at the end of its engine warranty. The Fiesta wtih 1.6 liter engine has slowly lost coolant from the pressurized coolant reserve tank over the course of 3 years and 36k miles, could this actually be from evaporation when excess pressure vents? Same for the '99 Ranger. I'm gathering opinions for when I ask the dealer who will undoubtedly lie and try to get out of a warranty repair if it is anything other than simple evaporation. Specifially both lose about an inch of coolant from the reserve tanks in a year.
