Why's this Ford Raptor so cheap?

Alright so some background on me I'm currently 18 and have wanted a Ford Raptor for as long as I could remember and I was just about to buy my first car. Now I know some might say "oh a Raptor is bad on gas mileage and probably serves no purpose as a daily driver" but I don't really care I just have always wanted one. I would like some feedback on this used Raptor and why it's so cheap? To me it looks fine the ABS light is on but like that could be a bunch of stuff and I would be able to take a look at it if I get it and before buying it I would of course have a mechanic check it out. Anyways here's the truck https://www.carfax.com/vehicle/1FTFX1EV2AKE10630 if you guys have any like comments or statements or reasons it's probably not a good buy tell me.

Does my 1942 Ford gpw script jeep need a title in Arkansas?

I live in Arkansas and I purchased a 1942 Ford gpw script Jeep that is all matching numbers but it didn't come with a title but I did get a bill of sale with it and it is supposedly not from the original owner but I ran the VIN on Google and it wasn't stolen.

Why doesn't car manufacturers provide their own car insurance?

I always ask myself this question. Why doesn't the Ford, Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan, and more provide their own car insurance? It's doesn't make a lot of sense to leave the insurance duties to companies that knows little to nothing about cars. Plus, Insurance would be cheaper. Sick and tired of getting RIP off by the Geico, and State farms of the world.
