Duel mars flywheel or clutch release bearing?

I have a ford mondeo 2.2 tdci ST.
When i'm sat in nuetral or going into 1st gear it sounds like grinding when i apply or release the clutch. Espesially at biting point. Once i get the car moving you can hardly notice it in higher gears. You can also feel the vibration in the foot when doing this.
I currently have ordere a full clutch kit and for it to be replaced.
I'm hoping its not also the duel mars flywheel as this is an extra large cost.
Could andybody please give me some ideas on weather for sure this is only the clutch kit that needs replacing and not the dmf.

What are my options with this used car I recently bought?

I bought a used car with 59,000 miles on a Saturday. On Monday I noticed that the car floorboard was wet. I called the dealership and they let me bring it in and said it was a clogged sunroof drain. On the way home from the dealership, the airbag SRS light came on. I took it to a Ford dealership to have it looked at since it's a ford and they said it would be $450 dollars to fix because the wiring had gone bad. We bought an extended warranty and it's still under the manufacture 60,000 or 5 year warranty and they said the wiring doesn't fall under the warranty.
I'm confused at how this wouldn't be covered and beyond frustrated considering I just bought this car under the pretense that everything was good and accident free. What are my options at this point? Bite the bullet and pay for it be fixed?

Problem With Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCI ST?

I Have Not long since bought this car and it has begun to make a grinding or rattle noise when I apply the clutch mainly when stationary or setting of in 1st gear. Problem does not seem to happen when i'm on the move so much.
if I press the clutch slightly when stationary its very noisy grind. If I apply it fully noise is still there but not quite as loud.
any idea I would appreciate, my 1st thought was the dual mass flywheel but I don't want to pay for this if i'm way off the mark.

Would it be impossible for Trump to be charged with a crime even if it can be proven he committed one?

If Trump has reason to believe charges are coming when he leaves office, what's to stop him from resigning the day before inauguration day?

Then, Mike Pence, president for a day, can issue a blanket pardon to Trump for any possible charges related to such and such investigation, just like Ford did for Nixon.

That would take care of the legal quandry of whether a president can pardon himself. Because President Trump didn't pardon President Trump. President Pence pardoned former President Trump.
