Ticking/Clicking sound while driving?
I have a 2003 ford mustang V6 all stock. I just got an oil change and all new tires. There has been a clicking/ticking sound when I'm driving. I was hoping the tires and oil change would get rid of it. It sounds like it is coming from the belt or the rims of the tires. Does anyone know what would be the cause of this ticking/clicking sound? It really only happens when I'm driving. Just idling it sounds fine. I can hear the belt makng a small tick sound when it rotates when it's idling, but I have to open up the hood of my car to hear it. When I'm driving it is very noticeable, it sounds like rocks are hitting the rims of my tires.
